I was very disappointed the cycle shop did not have my size. However they figured out I needed a 4 xl and ordered it for me. 4 days later it arrived on my doorstep. Great jacket and the price was even better. Already getting compliments on it.

My last 3 orders should have had 2nd day delivery since I'm an RPM member but they have all been shipped via ground and have taken approximately a week to arrive. Support basically told me that they don't know why and that it's too late to do anything after the order has shipped. I can understand a single order having an issue but not all 3!

My children bought me a vest for xmas it was 1 size to big. The cycle gear employees took great care of me and had the correct size in 2 days no questions asked. I received an email went to get it and they were waiting for me. Great people
I placed the order and recieved the package has shipped email with tracking. Checked the shipping service web site and they did not receive the package. Checked everyday 3 days latter they recieve the package.
Seems to me you should not notify that the package is on the way when you have not given it over to the shipping service! Claim 24 hour or less to ship items sure you notified me it shipped when in fact you most likely created a label and then picked the product days latter!

It's really convenient for me to order from and shop at Cycle Gear. There's a shop about 2 mi away so it's super easy to try things on, shop, and make returns when necessary.

Grips are a great improvement over the stock Indian Chief grips. They are a bit smaller in diameter, but look and feel great. Install was very easy, and they came with the torque tool as well. My only complaint was with shipping going from UPS to USPS that caused a delay because the USPS system where I live is horrible.
Michelin tire for scooter was best price, but choosing Overnight Shipping during Christmas holidays means I received my tire 2 days later than expected. Cycle Gear refunded shipping costs (grateful!), now I'm riding smoothly!

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
