As a Retired UPS Driver that ordered 2 Tires New Years Eve I kinda expected the delivery of 2nd day to be delivered on Saturday the 4th. Unfortunately they came Thursday the 9th, & without ANY knock, or doorbell ring. But it wasn't shipped UPS as I requested. And the price match or better price was not done by manager even tho Dennis Kirk would have been less expensive I bought them from you. The Warwick RI cycle gear has amazing people working there. The lady is super nice and installed my visor in seconds. They will also discuss products and are so helpful showing not only what's on the shelf but they will show you online merchandise. Great Service!
Overall it was an excellent experience. The site is easy to navigate and received great support from the live chat. Delivery was on time. My order was fulfilled correctly and delivered with care. I only gave a slightly lower score on my satisfaction on product as one of the tires I received was manufactured early 2023, so it is almost 2 years old. I would expect to CycleGear to have a fresher inventory of tires.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
