When order was placed salesman(Valentine) suggested to have shipped to store and he would have batteries filled and charged. When notified,1-9-25, batteries were at store I called salesman and ask if he would be able to follow thru,He said yes to give him a day. When I arrived at store, 1-11,2 days later batteries were still in box, nothing had been done.

Somehow the items that came from Louisville KY, ended up in Las Vegas before coming to be delivered to a town a hour and half away from Louisville KY. What was supposed to been a 2 day window for delivery ended up taking a week.

Online website of store showed to have the product I order "in-stock". I believe it would've been faster to have just checked out an in store stocked product than to deliver one from warehouse. In my opinion I believe it could've saved time for me (to have product faster) and money for store (not spend on shipping from warehouse to store), possibly restocking product with general store product shipment. I might not have all the facts and missing some information that you believe your method works best for you. My 2 cents are free.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
