Throughout the lifetime of my warranty, my gpu never worked. They replaced it multiple times with the same gpu (different manufacturers) that had the same issues, until the warranty expired. I never got a working PC from them. I now have to save up for my own gpu so I can use the pc I paid for, when they never supplied working parts to begin with.
Fast Shipping! Excellent customer service! Easy to set up! Lightning fast computer. Very recommended! The computer was very well packaged for shipping. I got a person when I called customer service before purchase who was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions before I ordered online.
Carlos called my disabled, pregnant significant other a $#*! on the phone when our $2,000 order was placed on hold and we were told we needed to send them additional PII. Our credit card company? Not one problem.
Cynically they told me to contand Tong Fang and they expect their PCs and laptops to be replaced yearly. Watched videos of repairmen saying they were expensive garbage. No proper insulation.
They just offer replacement parts that are also crappy. Computer is not useable while parts are in transit because you have to send the part in before you receive a new one. CyberPowerPC builds garbage units. You might as well build your own and save yourself the time and effort. Making people a premium for a crap product and then not providing true technical support is not a good business model.
This brand new over 2 grand customized pc I got from last week we're failed on hardware and forced to restart several times. Today it cannot even reboot. No matter what happens to repair or refund, as a brand new product, they failed!
I placed an order and they said it would be 4 to 7 week and I was ok with that. It took about 10 weeks, again I was ok with that. But when it arrive, the glass side was shattered. I tried calling them and the wait time was astronomical. So, I sent email and email. I never got a response from the support staff. I ordered a new case from someone else and moved the components myself. It works great now.
Ordering was easy. The computer was built and sent in the timeframe depicted. So far the computer is useless. It came with a defective part. It's taking forever to get a replacement for that part. It's been a month. These people are slow. I'm very disappointed and wish I'd gone with someone elsewhere
You get what you pay for here. Knockoff (fake) PSUs. Trash motherboards with no support for BIOS updates. The absolute cheapest of everything. My computer Crashed constantly right from the start. Did not perform like it should considering what hardware was included. Then my GPU eventually gave out. Probably due to being underpowered by faulty power supply.

I have purchased many new PC, and gaming PC from many different companies (Costco, Futureshop, Bestbuy, and ibuypower), but only with this company, a brand new gaming PC comes with broken parts. Requested for replacement, I have to pay the shipping fees and it has been almost 3 weeks, still nothing, this is just a replacement for one part, imagine if your PC is broken, most likely will happen with this company. Buy your PC with a large company, don't get yourself cooked.
Do not buy from CyberpowerPC or Buy a PC made by CyberpowerPC.
We were close to be left with a brick after spending 2500$ to get a custom made PC.
First few days of having it, worked well, except we noticed every STEAM game crashed after 15 minutes.
They told us to check the ram, the ram was perfectly fine after running two different tests to check the RAM and this is also when as you can see in the photo, the fans were installed directly above the RAM making it almost impossible to get to. Ridiculous!
After dealing with the RAM we also noticed the front FANS were not functioning anymore.
They also refused to pay for shipped if we wanted to it to be fixed or returned and wanted to charge a 15% fee, on top of 120$ shipping fee. That's 370$!
NO WAY.
We got the retailer we bought it from to take it back after showing proof that Cyberpower did not ship a functioning computer.
I bought 2 computers from these people. I didn't research the service quality enough. My fault and I see that now. They will not honor the warranty after only 7 months. They told me the only way I can say the hinge is defective is to prove it when it was delivered. It was normal wear. Which lead to the screen breaking. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful of course because they wont even honor their word. I'm at a loss of $1500. Repairs will cost $700 or more. I will continue to tell ppl too!
Dont trust this company not help and the charge too much for nothing a butch of liers i would never buy from here again tell everyone i know they suck
I purchased an "Instant Ship" computer from CyberPower PC on Friday, June 24. It was delivered on Monday, June 27. I specifically chose an "instant ship" model because we needed a PC immediately to work on a specific project. On Tuesday, June 28, we set up the PC and noticed the graphics card was not working. We called CyberpowerPC and over the next 6 hours had to try to physically re-install the graphics card, update drivers, wait on hold, call multiple times and more. During that time we were also treated like we were idiots and/or thieves. We have extensive experience with both hardware and software so we immediately knew it was a graphics card issue, but we went through all the steps and wasted an entire day of our time to come to the conclusion the graphics card needed to be replaced. CyberpowerPC wanted us to send the computer back, wait for it to be fixed and then wait for it to be shipped back – a process that would take weeks. Considering we spent $2600 on an "Instant Ship" system, this was not acceptable. We asked for a replacement and were told "no." We asked for a refund so we could purchase something else and they agreed, but they would NOT cover the cost of shipping back to them. As per their "terms" our refund will also not include the shipping costs to get the computer to us. Considering they sent us a non-functional computer, this is not acceptable. We would like a full refund including the cost of shipping/insurance both ways.
We bought a computer for my little brother here. I would like to mention the excellent work of the consultants and managers who helped us choose the right product for us. The delivery was fast.
Update, I paid for a PC tech to look at the system. He said CyberPower broke the pins on my video card, geforce rtx 3080 ti 12gb gddr6x which is about a 1200. 00 card at the time it was purchased. Long story short, I paid 500 for the company to damage my video card then return the computer to me to resolve on my own. Don't waste your money with them.
My experience with CyberPower PC, I spent $5000 on a new pc with all the high-end parts. It worked for 4 months then would no longer power on. I called tech support; they gave me an RMA # to return for repair. I had to spend another 500.00 to ship and insure this hunk of metal because I don't want to risk losing a $5000 piece of equipment. The turnaround was fast, and they replaced the motherboard and the CPU. It worked for 3 days and now will no longer boot. That means I can spend another 500 to return and repair this thing again or save the money and use an in-home pc repair service. My experience with this company is, I don't have a working PC after spending $5500. 00
I returned my PC about 10 days after getting it at Bestbuy. I woke up one morning, turned it on, and after about one minute of using the PC and only running Firefox--screen goes black reading "No Signal" and the fans start spinning like crazy. Of course no connection to the screen, I had no choice but to force a shut-off by holding the power button. I decided to try again, and it happened 3 more times. After getting support at Bestbuy, they recommended returning it because it could be a graphics card issue or faulty wiring. Stay away from CyberpowerPC! They obviously have some glaring oversights in their production.
Great Website, Great ability to select and customize a PC. After a few months of researching decided to purchase. Put it all together and intended to purchase with their 6 months interest free promo. Took longer than anticipated and when I got answer and went to purchase the 5% promo they run every other week expired by a few hours. This was about $100 on a $2500 computer. I called thinking no big deal, they run this promo always and the computer was priced properly with it but CLX and Newegg beat them without it. Got "Steve" from sales, got the canned answer "sorry". I asked if I could speak to a manager, "no". He said call back. Decided to try chat, he picked up and instead of even saying hi said "I told you, expired promotion" I know everyone is ruled based, but the attitude was horrific. If this is what I could expect from Sales, can you imagine what would happen if I had a problem
When you buy a brand new computer and it black screens in 5 days should be a red flag. Not only that but then I get asked to send a part back that is faulty and its damaged in the return shipping they void the warranty on the part and tell me tough luck. On a faulty part! No compassion and only care about your money, they might as well have had a computer answer the phone. People pay hard earned money for a product they expect to work and get trash. I dont recommend this company to anyone, a d will certainly do my best to spread the word that they are not the award winning company they seem to used to have been.
Answer: They sell inferior hardware, and can't seem to diagnose issues without breaking the hardware. It's not a scam in the traditional sense. You'll definitely get something, it just won't be worth the money, and dealing with them isn't worth the stress or time.
Answer: Wanted a custom build machine with two video cards. Few companies do that, and most of those are for the uber gamer which I am not.
Answer: Get ahold of them? Not hard, just a long wait. But them being able to assist you appropriately and in a meaningful way? Not really.
