I ordered an Xbox Series X bundled with an elite wireless controller. I only received the Xbox in a torn up box. I contacted support and was told I'd get the controller mailed the same week - it's been two.

Slow shipping experience but overall it was delivered exactly when the shipping label said it would be. No complaints other that I would have liked to be given the option to expedite the shipping by even paying more at the check out time if this was going to be a factor.

I ordered something and got it. It was pretty cool

I ordered a 3060 graphics card + monitor bundle (for my buddy who I was helping build a PC) rapidly once I got the discord notification that they were in stock. Shortly after the order confirmed he saw that there was actually a 3070 bundle we hadn't seen (the GPU he actually wanted). So minutes after I placed my order I called the customer service line to cancel it.

The gentlemen I was on the phone with was very nice and helpful and told me he submitted my cancellation request. Problem solved, or so I thought. The next day I got the shipping notice. I have to give them 5 stars on shipping speed I guess, but I was mildly irked that my cancellation hadn't gone through. In this day or electronic orders I don't understand how you can't immediately cancel an order that was placed moments ago.

Okay I thought, well I'll just return in when it arrives without ever opening it. Having mostly dealt with Amazon and other such return processes in the past I didn't think there would be any issues and I would easily get all my money back.

So I submitted the RMA request, got the return approved email with the shipping label code and headed off to haul the giant monitor and GPU boxes off to the UPS store. I let the super UPS store guy scan the code and he sits there, puzzled, asking me if there's another code since I have two boxes and the code only provides one shipping label. Nope that code is all they have me. So I pay $11 for a giant box to ship both items back in. Now I'm even more irked, but fine whatever $11 lost isn't a huge deal, but they could have at least given me two shipping labels since they sent me two boxes.

A few days go by and I get the email that the refund was processed to my PayPal in the amount of $749 out of the $844 it cost. After respectfully calling their service line again, they said returns questions had to be sent to their email. Okay so I email them and apparently:

"Products returned new and, unopened in perfect condition with all packaging and item materials and manuals that can be resold as new are subject to a 15% fee or a flat $50 fee for products with a sales price of of $350 or greater which covers the cost of packaging, shipping and handling. Additionally, If packages are requested to be intercepted or are refused or if a pre-paid label is requested and provided for the return, then the additional shipping cost incurred by antonline are also deducted from the return."

I think charging roughly $100 for my return of a brand new item which I never removed from the box is exorbitant especially since I had every right to believe my order had been cancelled.

So I think if you really know you won't need to return or cancel your order, this company is probably fine to order from. I can tell you however that I will never purchase from them again.

Order Xbox One X a week ago product info said 3-5 business days, its last day mail can run 10 year old wouldn't have Xmas! No transaction number, no tracking number! I'm stuck sitting up in bed wondering why they if my son will have what he wants for Christmas! Worst experience I've had with ordering, I'm a gamer dad that lives close and figured I'd give Antonline a shot saw a great deal! Son will wake up with nothing! Thanks worst Xmas ever! I purchased 4 Dell SE2717HR monitors from seller on Walmart.com. Monitors are advertised as 75Hz Refresh Rate, boxes show model SE2717HR, but the display settings show SE2717H/HX with a 60Hz Refresh rate. Seller has not responded to any of my 3 emails requesting clarity and assistance. Returning all 4 opened boxes to Walmart.

It was a ok experience. Customer service was very helpful

Thought my delivery got lost

It was an easy check out and the product got here sooner than I thought. So glad the package required a signature once it arrived to ensure it doesn't get in the wrong hands or left out. It's honestly the best decision I made.

I ordered an xbox through the walmart website. After 4 days the tracking information for UPS still hadn't updated. After back and forth converations with UPS, they finally were able to determine that they never received the package from AntOnline. I have called AntOnline 3 times now to get information. Like other posters said, they create a work ticket and all you get is an email. They do not do ANYTHING except send you a generic email that your package has been shipped. Now I am going to have to figure out how to get a refund, which it sounds like will be an absolutely horrible process. DO NOT BUY FROM ANTONLINE!

And shame on Walmart for even allowing them to sell on their site!

Can I look up my order information call customer service they tell me they cannot look it up. Do not buy anything from here horrible company.

I ordered (by accident) a PS4 and immediately wished to cancel my order. However, since their service lines were closed, I am now forced to wait the 1-2 weeks for my order to be delivered just to ship it back and pay $70+ (15% + shipping). DO NOT use this site.

When I received my order, the box was already opened. The box wasn't thick enough to hold the items in and the tape was too weak so it didn't taped the box throughly. Very bad packaging. But I would purchase it again.

Saw computer at cheaper price. No free return label or difference refunded. Not happy

Happy about overall experience. I got my order as promised, two days after PS5 was released. Only issue was that I noticed that the playstation 5 box had been opened. Nothing seemed to be missing, but it was odd.
