This would have been a good review if I had received my item in excellent condition. ANTOnline did not pack the Xbox well and as a result it was damaged during shipping. After repeated attempts of communication with them, they have not taken any responsibility and want me to pay shipping back to them as well as a 15% restocking fee. It is unacceptable that I should pay anything due to their negligence. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card. Buyers Beware!

They will not take back the broken monitor the sent me. Customer service hangs up on you. Not a legit company. If you order from them and have any issues you are screwed it's not worth it. So much more to this story but not wasting another minute of my time on it.

Great customer support! While it says on their site that they don't do cancellations, they were able to cancel when I reached out to them right after I placed the order. They promptly responded and helped me cancel through their support email, so I'm quite satisfied with my experience.

Ordered a Xbox don't know if it was any good because it arrived damaged it had no protection in box.The game came caved in I sent it back and they withheld my money. They give you the run around well please run from them.

Do not use this company. The customer service is very shady. After ordering a gaming console I sent an email to check the status of my order after hearing nothing from them for a week. After another week I started calling. The customer service department will not give any information regarding my order, they say they will submit a ticket to the department who handles the inventory. This mystery inventory team does not have a phone and will only respond via email. After 2 weeks and daily calls I still cannot get any information, I've even been hung up on. I just want my order cancelled and my credit card refunded after this terrible experience.

I impulsively bought a Playstation 5 from Antonline because I was desperate and it was the only place I could get one. Then I saw a lot of bad reviews and got nervous. Turns out I had no reason to be nervous at all. These people handled everything like pros and had great communication through email. I got my bundle and everything was perfect. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered an AMD processor from antonline for a friend of mine doing a build. I made sure to check the "return" portion of the website for restocking fees and saw nothing there. I ended up having to return the product (it was unopened and still sealed) and was charged return shipping and a 15% restocking fee, though there was no mention of that. When I tried to speak with a customer service rep there she hung up on me, which has never happened to me before. So I'm out $100

Great place to find bundles and good tech prices on newer products or hard to find products.

I order for Xmas and have been trying to get a response ever since. I either get hung up on or no one replies to emails or support tickets. UPS messed up the delivery and then sent my refund to antonline. Now ant won't refund my money they just ignore you.

My order was dropped after submitting the "submit order" button about 3-4 times before finally going through. That being said, antonline's website was stable under load unlike several other retailers, and it's much appreciated that your site makes a hard target for bots. Phenomenal shipping speed! Got to me very quickly about my order and returned it so fast! Absolutely wonderful! They have a bunch of great stuff too to check out w/plenty of good deals & bundles throughout the week! Highly reccomend!
