Title says it all. Susan Miller, alleged Support manager in customer service, along with her little dog answering the phones are atrocious. As a Jew, I'd rather spend the day in 1940s Poland than ever buy from this company again, due to these two women in particular. Absolute disgrace.

That was my first time buying through ANTonline and my experience has been great. Bought a PS5 for my husband, super hard to find. Purchasing was easy, communication throughout the entire process was on point and the delivery was faster than expected.
As other people have mentioned, they could use better packaging, maybe some bubble wrap so smaller items are not loose in the box. But nothing came broken or damaged. I would buy again! Btw... the price of the bundle super fair!
I was more then pleased to find ANTonline. They had exactly what I wanted when everyone else was sold out. I was a bit saddened to have to wait till the day of release to get my package mailed out. That's when the troubles started. I feel they need to choose another carrier for their packages. To no fault of their own. My package was lost taking a extra day to get to me. When it did the package itself looked like it had been used as a step ladder and thrown around. That was almost a thousand dollars of electronics poorly treated. Also my package was to have required a signature. I signed for nothing and they gave it over to me. ANTONLINE love your guys updates and products, but you need a better delivery company

Like most I have spent the last few weeks trying to secure a next gen consoles. Losing to bots, having orders cancelled or sites going down made it seem impossible. This buying experience was seamless and received my console on time. Feels great!

I mean not responding at all. I placed an order getting error message "Incorrect integer value: '' after paying. Emailed them in vain - no response at all. Called support but that was pointless - the people there have no clue and no interest in helping you - they even sound like they've given up... Stay away if you care anything about quality customer service.
Bought a motherboard at walmart online and antonline was the provider, they sent me an open box with missing parts, this is a scam. Now i will dispute it with my credit card, they wont answer your calls or emails.
You guys were under dogs coming into the Next Gen console season. But you did not fail us! The sketchy reviews this site once had should cease to exist after how well they took care of me and other customers I've seen on Twitter. Not only was I able to get a console pre ordered 4 days before release, but it came on release day!
They advertised pre-orders going up at a specific time. Five minutes prior you can't access the site. Spent over forty minutes constantly refreshing the page to try to get in, but then see a tweet saying all pre-orders were gone due to bots... Right there, the fact they didn't have any system in place to counter such an issue deserves them one star. I've been seeing accusations that antonline didn't actually have any consoles in stock and this was all just done as a publicity stunt. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on this one, but either way, I'd recommend not dealing with this site.
Worst customer service I have dealt with in quite a while. I bought a ps5 bundle. The code had already been used. I was told to reach out to sony support. They denied the claim and said to ask for a refund or replacement. I called ANTonline 4 times each time telling me I would hear back by the end off the day. 5 days have gone by and now when I call it goes straight to a message giving their operating hours even when I'm calling within those hours and it hangs up. I got screwed and they did nothing about it but continue to say we will get back with you. Now I can't reach them at all. Terrible!
Amazing job by ANTOnline. They offered one of the best bundles compared to other retailers and provided excellent service. Item was shipped a couple hours after ordering and arrived by the end of the week. Everything came in perfect condition. I highly recommend you give them your support and will be coming back!
I ordered a computer from them. The transaction went through, they charged my credit card and I got a sales confirmation. Then nothing. They went completely quiet. I called their customer service, who seemed to know nothing other than telling just to wait my order would process sometime in the future. After a few more days of waiting, I submitted a inquiry ticket online. No response. Then they sent me an email saying ""your order was canceled because this transaction had a higher than normal fraud risk, charge back risk, or it violated our terms and conditions". I have a perfect credit record, my card processed fine, and there is no reason for them to say this. I asked them to tell me what the problem is and if there is something I could do to fix it. Again, no response. At this point I am glad- because I don't want to do business with people like that. A complete waste of my time.
They were able to cancel my order without any issues. I purchased a highly sought after item and changed my mind. Even though their site says it can usually not be done. They went above and beyond for me. Definitely puts them on the map for my wants.
This is more UPS's fault, but my package came in late, even though it showed delivered. Antonline told me to file a police report for a low value package. I don't know. I got the goods eventually, and it was a good price. Take that as you will
Was skeptical of antonline based on some online reviews, but their ebay page had me thinking it should be safe to order. Everything came in as expected, and antonline was super transparent about their shipping process throughout. Would definitely order from here again!
