Decided to do a console upgrade and wanted one with a disc drive for backwards compatibility. ANTOnline was offering a good deal for a Series X, so I purchased it and they delivered it, and the bundled item, in excellent condition.

If you try to return anything back to them, good luck cos you'll regret it. Their return policy has so many loopholes only to benefit themselves and screw the consumer out of at least 15-30% of what you paid. Item can be factory sealed as you received it, they would still deduct up to 30%. If you had digital media, that's non returnable regardless of you used it or not. Customer service is useless over the phone and email replies are from live agents but copy and paste from their site. Shipping was fantastic, purchase experience was great but everything else was a huge turnoff. I would not suggest doing business with such shady and dishonest business.

Purchased an Xbox series s bundle for my son for his birthday. On the second day the fan on the system would run really loud and smelled like it was going to catch on fire. Returned to the company and received a refund of $200 less than what I paid for. They charged a restock fee just so they can resell the defective equipment. The customer service there is a joke, it's like talking to people who have never worked a day in their life. Will never buy another thing from this garbage company again.
After purchasing an ink cartridge, I decided to purchase some gaming consoles for my family. I noticed that Ant Online was selling them, though very pricey with taking advantage of supply shortages and forcing bundle sales. I decided to buy some. I bought a Series S Bundle, and Xbox Bundle and a PlayStation Bundle. All these transactions were on different days and entirely independent of one another. Well, I noticed that one of my transactions were cancelled. No explanation, no communication. Nothing. After reaching out, they responded with the attached.
No, "I'm sorry", or "Let me explain"... no. Straight to " You are a criminal"!. Dude, Ive bought more than just consoles from you. I've bought your stupid high price bundles so my family can have a good Christmas. I regret ever buying anything from this place. Was able to purchase this on Antonline with no issues. In a world where "bots" push real people out of the way, Antonline put their foot down and took care of the people. Purchased for my cousin. Smiles all around.
Never received order. UPS says delivered but was home and UPS never attempted delivery. Antonline has been absolutely no help. Originally they said to wait 10-14 days then provided me with proof of delivery for the wrong order. Takes 3 or more days to respond by email and phone just says to email them. They did not read or respond to any of my emails instead they just sent one line answers saying sorry. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. UPS says seller can file a claim but Antonline refuses to do so.
Antonline refuses to communicate with me except though better business bureau responses and PayPal claims. I had a problem with my order, and they've entirely ignored my emails, my request for assistance on their website, and any other attempts to contact them, including through sitejabber.
Customer support is nonexistent and they were happy to blame me for the problem with my order and take my money after failing to deliver what I ordered. This company may be legitimate, but they're happy to scam customers out of money and leave them hanging with no recourse.
