I actually live in Puerto Rico and i have to send the package to my aunt in Texas because this racist website don't ship anything to Puerto Rico. Do better, we are a territory from the united states.

I remember buying a ps5 when it released, and although I was afraid at first because it was a new website - the ps5 came fairly quickly and safely.

This is the 2nd time I've found items at Antonline that I couldn't find anywhere else. First was the original PS5 when it was sold out everywhere, and now the Limited Edition Astro Bot controller bundled with game for less than most are selling the controller for on eBay

I purchased the Astro Bot PS5 controller and was severely disappointed with the shipping involved with my product. It was shipped in a plastic bag with absolutely zero padding or protection for the product itself. When "unwrapping" the order (instead of unboxing), it naturally suffered multiple dents and dings that could have been avoided by simply using a shipping box, even potentially without additional packaging. Terrible shipping care for a limited-time product.

This was my first time ordering the high demand console from antonline and I was lucky to secure the bag. Unfortunately, it was not packed as great as I thought it would be. No air bubbles to protect the console so it has some dents on the edges of the box. I just hope the console is not cracked. The package box came bent and opened. I have photos to show it. Otherwise, you receive everything you paid for. Just wish they can improve on packaging quality though for the price/shipping.

The bundle arrived but everything was loosely tossed into a box with no packing material. The items were find but from that state of the boxes the package had been banged around a lot and there was nothing inside to prevent damage.

Re ordering this package because the first time it never showed up. I received someone else's FedEx package and was not able to get any help receiving a refund or a replacement after calling antonline and fedex support multiple times.

The package arrived promptly, securely packed with all items intact. The box was in excellent condition, and the contents matched the description perfectly. Shipping was fast, and the tracking updates were accurate. Overall, a seamless experience with great attention to detail. Highly recommend this reliable service.

I had to replace my order when all I was asking to do was a shipping address change, if the address couldn't be changed that was one thing, but i want the option to cancel as I was using a one time card and able to re-order and had to, reach out to the other company to free up the card again

I gotta be honest: I had no idea that AntOnline existed until I googled the Astrobot controller and saw an article from IGN recommending the site as one of the only places to get the bundle. So, I took a shot, and I'm grateful I did, because it arrived quickly and without issue.
