Quick, easy website to use. Great options as far as warranty and cords and such. Just wish there was an option to add paddles with your order as well, for sure. We'll see how it works out when he actually gets the controller and is able to use it though!

I waited two weeks for controller come in they says via fed ex 2 days bs taking awhile order 1 June took 13 of June but why would put fed via 2 days make seem come in two days it bulls sh1t that all I know um pissed about it took that long

The process to build my own controller and setup was quick and easy. Hopefully it comes as setup and looks great!

False Information. It said it would be shipped from 1 to 3 week for free. Instead I had choose 2 day priority mailing. Which is stupid and misleading.

My online order would not go through and I called customer service. Collin, the Associate that assisted me, was very courteous and professional. He was very patient with me, answering all my questions and concerns, and very knowledgeable about the product he was assisting me with. My son also called customer service earlier and the female associate that helped both of us at that time was also very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for your great assistance.

I've spent over $200 and had no contact with anyone. It's been 4 months and still haven't heard from anyone or received my order. They won't respond or refund me. Overall terrible business. -5 stars

procesing took a long time. Buttons on controller ar loose and dirty. Besides that controller is fine. Did not live up to expectations.

pretty cool designs. i feel like it would be cooler if people could apply a custom design or picture for more personalized designs.

This company has the worst customer servos I have ever seen in my life, I brought a controller from them and I needed to as about getting a new one, I sent two emails in the space of 3 months about this issue and still have yet to receive feedback!

Ordered PS4 Pro controller on 8-26-18 here is it 1-1-18-19 no controller, No refund and they quit communicating back in November.

Here is the scam. They take your money and make you think your getting your product within three months after that you have almost zero chance getting a reversal charge in your card or account. Then they quit communicating because they know you can't get your money back at that point!

Don't fall for this Scam!

Great online shopping experience. Controllers are reasonably priced and look to be packed with features!

I ordered an Xbox controller in March of 2017 and still use it today. It seems to be a very high quality controller and I love the design. The right bumper feels a little worn out but nothing more than to be expected from any other controller used this long. I use this controller on my PC as well and I have had some issues with the charging cable staying connected. I will be buying from this site again in the future.

Expect longer shipping time as mine took close to 3 weeks. Overall the wait is worth it.

easy and convenient !!! It took a while but it finally came ! exactly 2 weeks after Christmas . They refunded my express shipping of $24.95 which was thankful . My son is enjoying it as we speak like a belated present :) I would order again just much more in advance ! DH

I'm not saying it is a fake company, but if its not a fake company then they've given up entirely and only send out orders once a year as a side gig. They do NOT i repeat DO NOT EVER check their emails, answer their phones, nor reply on the site messenger. To ANY MESSAGE, unless you are ordering ahead of time. Its been 6 weeks and i've gotten no communication whatsoever besides asking me if i wanted to refund my "rushed processing for the sorried delay" and i said yes and they then went forward with refusing to communicate more. It is actually a joke of a company.

Company does NOT return calls or emails! We ordered a controller for my son at the beginning of Nov. And it took weeks for me to get in touch to find the status of my order. I had to leave numerous messages and several rude emails over a month and a half. After having the controller for 2 1/2 months there are issues with the buttons and ONCE again unable to get a response! Dont waste your time or money!

Your code says I can receive 20% but it would not apply to my purchase. I tried to find somewhere that stated maybe exclusions applied but I could not find it. I called and emailed 2 days ago but received no response. Was not enough for me to avoid your company but it is frustrating. I would rather you not advertise a sale at all if it's not a real one that works. You can follow up if you want to but it's not required.

So far easy to order on line and build .just received my sons custom controller. very good customer service and they let me know what was happening with progress and arrival info . Not opening until Christmas morning but I'm sure it will work perfectly
