The controller is very nice although there was some glue sticking out of all the edges as if they had to glue it together when they put it together. I didn't care for that also I thought that his handle was going to be written on the left but his name is nowhere on it. But all in all it was nice and worth the money.

Loved the product, quick delivery, we just had a slight problem processing order initially as it wouldn't allow me to pay by Paypal. I deleted the order and started again and it allowed me to access Paypal second time.

I ordered a custom controller and got it within a week. Awesome and works great, I will defidentially be ordering another one soon!

I didn't like that when I picked Paypal it went to my Paypal account first and then came back to the shipping. This is the ONLY site I know that does this. Makes me feel like I will be billed 2x. I will be checking.

Billing ended up OK just a weird system. Wasn't given a true shipping date so came after Christmas which was a bummer for an 18yo sitting around not opening presents. Lol.

I contacted customcontrollerz reference a broken controller and an excess delivery chargeThey contacted me straight away and said they would reimburse charge and send new controller. I am impressed and wait in anticipation for controller to arrive.

I never received my custom controllerz carrying case. I contacted the email & got an automated response. Never heard nothing back from an actual person & still have not recieved my case that i payed an additional $20 for.

Great Site! I was directed here by a link from my son who had very specific items on his Christmas Wish List. I failed to select express delivery and sent an email hoping that it wasn't too late to fix that and 3 days later the item was on my door step, 2 days before Christmas! FANTASTIC SERVICE!

A little overwhelming with all the options at first but very pleased with the processing and delivery time. It's a Christmas gift so I can't comment about the product itself until later.

Unfortunately the product did not get on time as it was promised. Supposed to arrive by Dec 24,2015 and arrived on the 28. Very unhappy about it.

Pretty quick and easy. S&H rates are decent and the customization options are varied for ease of use. Final Product looks amazing and feels like it was custom made for my own use!

I was charged an extra $120 dollars for something that was not stated on the original bill and i chose 1-3 day shipping and its been over that time and my controller still hasn't been delivered.

I ordered with ease, but I hope it gets here by Christmas. I used the 1 day shipping and my product was delivered before Christmas. It made my son very happy.

We thought it was quick and easy but we didn't get our discount with the code you gave us. The controller is perfect but the discount was not applied to the order.

Shipping is confusing. Will I get this in 2 days?

I did not receive my order in the 2 day period I paid for. I did not receive this item until Dec.26 :( How can I be reimbursed for this?

IM HAPPY but concerned that my rating of one star was changed to five stars after I confirmed. It somewhat compromises the credibility of the ratings.

Your site still advertises 25% off with code NYE2016 yet when I tried to use it said expired - if it hadn't been for the fact this is the only thing my son asked for for his birthday I would not have ordered - if you are listing a discount on your site you need to honor it

Satisfied. The D-Pad seems wierd to use and it seems like a cheaper plastic then my other controller I spent less money on... But it looks cool and it works so I'm satisfied.

Good products. I had questions so I called and the guy was very helpful and knowledgable about the products. This is a gift for my 16 year old son. So I really appreciated the help!
