Ive just had bad experience with this company (see my review dated may 9th Carole B) I found the best way to get a response was to email Collin (the "President") on sales@customcontrollerzz.com -(I live in the Uk so phoning was not an option)-Put your last sentence in CAPITALS urging him to get back to you -but be prepared to wait and to have to keep on emailing - he was never rude but needs a rocket shoved up his arse! -be persistent - my problem took from Jan to last week to resolve! GOOD LUCK!
COllin this better not take 5 months to get my controller! YOU BETTER CALL ME BACK and STOP IGNORING ME! I paid for a product and I deserve customer service!
