I ordered a controller from Custom Controllerzz on December 9,2016. After more than five weeks, it was delivered with numerous scratches. I had to return it. A postpaid return label was sent email on January 12,2017. My local post office indicated it would arrive at Custom Controllerzz on Tuesday, January 17,2017. After than a total of two months from the date I placed the order, I grew tired of waiting (the empty promises were mounting) and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My refund is on its way. I will never order anything from Custom Controllerzz again. Buyers Beware!
I ordered a controller for my son for Christmas on 11/23/17 and here it is 12/29/17 and still no controller. I have tried to call and email several times with no response! I will have to take legal action if I don't get a response! Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!
I ordered a controller from thus site. Paid the 39.95 for express delivery ibstill have not received the controller and the 2 contact do not work and no response to my emails. I will be claiming my money back very disappointed as this was supposed to be a Christmas present.
I ordered the controller as a present, I had a red hex pattern and my brothers name on the handle of the controller. In check out it said 2-3 weeks for processing time, I messaged them after 2 weeks with no response from 2 messages I sent. 3 weeks pass I email them, being told itll be shipped by the end of the week. End of the week comes and my controller is still listed as *Customization begins*. I message them against and they said early next week. The controller was not shipped till the end of the 5th week. It gets here and it turns out, my brothers name isnt even on the controller, i double checked my order and it does say that i ordered it with a tag on the handle of the controller. I messaged them back pissed, its not been 3 days with no reply.
I ordered this controller on Dec. 11 2016 added rush processing and the whole shebang to try to get it here before Christmas. Christmas come and gone still no controller. On the 28th I was told it was nearly complete and would be shipping by the end of the week yet still no controller. Then on Jan 13 I was told it was complete and would be shipping on the 17th due to the holiday. Here it is Jan 26 2017 and still no controller. I wouldn't recommend this joke of a business to my worst enemy. Steer clear of this BS.

I bought this garbage controller and within a month it no longer worked properly. I FINALLY got ahold of Collin and shipped it back to him. They have now had my controller for almost 3 months and I cant get anreturn email, a phone call, nothing after leaving message after message! Their customer service is the worst Ive ever seen and I would in no way shape or form endorse their garbage $#*! products or company! At this point theyre just thieves to me, I will take my money elsewhere! If you buy from them, dont say I didnt tell you so when you and IF you get a garbage product! Its too bad I cant leave NO STARS on this review!
They take your money then never respond to you when you inquire about the product if its being shipped. This company is fraudulent and a scam! Collin does NOT call you back or respond to your emails.
I posted a review about a controller that didn't work. And despite numerous emails and phone calls to replace the controller, I hadn't heard back over a months time. I finally heard back from the owner who left me a voice mail with a phone number. I immediately returned the call and sent emails and have never heard back. I remain without a controller, without any returned phone calls or emails and I still have a faulty custom controller that cost me over $200. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a Superman themed controller from this company, but from etsy. Seems like the only person that replies is this guy named Collin Hayes. Anyways, I ordered my controller around mid November and the guy said it take weeks for it to be made and wouldn't make it for Christmas, but most likely after new years. I said it was fine. It was already the second of January and I messaged him asking when was the controller going to be shipped and told me around the six of that month. I decided to open a non delivery case because it took him forever to reply, but ever since I opened the case he would reply in a snap. So when the six came, it said he shipped the controller so i decided to close the case (stupid me), but it was on PRE SHIPMENT. I at first thought it was normal but then 2 weeks past and was still on pre shipment... I messaged him on etsy and his shop was gone, but his profile was still there. Ever since he hasn't replied. I then messaged him again couple days ago and today and still no reply. I then went to the main website and they haven't replied either. I am now asking for a refund, but I doubt that they'll reply to that. I will try calling them tomorrow now. Is anyone still having problem with this website? :/ this is ridiculous.
I ordered my sons controller on 27th Nov 2015 -it arrived 2 days before xmas and I had to pay £21.50 custom charge, it was faulty -on contacting them to arrange a repair in January 2016 -I was asked to pay to return it (£14.95) -it took them over 2 months to repair and return and then I had to pay another £16.50 custom charge ( when I was assured I wouldn't have to pay again). I had the assurance from the "President " that I would be refunded my £14.95 & £16.50 and a "goodwill gesture" for all the inconvenience- this took him nearly 3 weeks to process and I only received it as I kept emailing him- because of a transaction fee on paypal -the "goodwill gesture " amounted to £12.55! I have now had 2 controllers off this company and both were faulty although the first was resolved much quicker so was not really a problem. Although the "President ' was not rude in any emails I could tell he didn't really care and if I had not been so persistent I would definitely not have received my refund. I would avoid this company unless you like to be messed about and receive a working controller 158 days after you first purchase it!

They suck DONT get a custom controller here it took 2 months to ship then 2 weeks to get to my house after it shipped I paid to get it the day after i orders it then when I finally did get it, it's not proporly assembled
I paid for the fastest shipment method and it took 4months to receive it. Kept sending emails to them and said theyd send it in a week or two. Didnt receive it. I sent another email and they said it was because of the gamertag option it was taking longer and if i accepted to get a refund for this option they could send it and id receive it whithin the next two weeks. I accepted to be refunded for that option so they could finally ship it. Still didnt receive it two weeks later. They refunded me that option and decided to just wait for it. 2 months later almost forgot i had bought a controller with them. I asked to be totally refunded because i just didnt want it anymore at this point id just buy one premade in a store in my area. And suddenly after i sent that email they decided to finally ship it. Felt like they had forgotten about me. Now i just got the controller and i tried it right away, the ( Y) button doesnt work correctly i have to press harder on it for the button to work. Im very disapointed, i paid 200$ for that controller. This is ridiculous i regret buying from this company. Never again. The only positive is that the controller looks good.
I ordered an Xbox controller in March of 2017 and still use it today. It seems to be a very high quality controller and I love the design. The right bumper feels a little worn out but nothing more than to be expected from any other controller used this long. I use this controller on my PC as well and I have had some issues with the charging cable staying connected. I will be buying from this site again in the future.
Expect longer shipping time as mine took close to 3 weeks. Overall the wait is worth it.

I made a custom xbox one controller and ordered it with 2-3 day shipping. It takes about 2 weeks to process. I received the controller within 3 days after it shipped. So far I love it. The only issue I've noticed is the vibration is relatively loud. This isn't an issue for me at all but for someone else it may be.
2nd review,. Now. Me and my brother ordered 2x controllers + 2x boxes and 2x10ft cabals,
We only received the controllers and they forgot the rest... and now on the 2nd day of trying to get at them,. They do not respond. We ordered the packages on the 31st of may 2016.
With express mailing and now 4 months later we finally got them but only the controllers and no box and no cabals...
I was so excited ( the controllers look awesome) but the rest,.,. The words i have for them are not something i can put in letters.

I had a review on this topic and deleted i when they said "sorry and we will send them asap ",. But now i'm done. If i lived near them they would have to worry about many things! - do not $#*! with Vikings. We burned our own cousins for fun;)

My friend brought his son a 'modded' controller from these people for about 200USD. (Yeah 200 for a rapid fire controller should of been alarm enough)
What he received looks like generic chinese controller you can buy on ebay for $5-$15 as shown in attached image.
No rapid fire mod as promised, as you can see no switches or buttons to activate such a mod just the generic buttons, he contacted the company basically told read the manual, no manual, so they sent him the manual, and it's useless, why? Because even a manual will not provide info on that which does not exist. E. g it refers to non existent rapid fire button.
My advice is avoid this company, and if you buy your kid or self a controller with features like rapid fire, it should be built in at the factory of manufacture and should cost no more than $60.
My advice for him is get a refund via paypal or his credit card company. This 'read the manual' response is all too familiar with reviews of scam sites.
Hell I brought a fully programmable Datel controller for my Xbox 360 with an LCD screen in it and it only cost me $35AUD including postage.
That alone should say something about this company and their pricing.
Just got a feeling sending it back and asking them for a refund he will just get more of a run around. This review is done by me and not him, it is my own personal opinions.

The site is quick and easy to use. I think there should be a mobile version added eventually, but other than that, it's all good. I've seen reviews that say the shipping is slow or something, but I got mine quick and easy. Though the bumpers I ordered were the wrong color, This controller is amazing.
The wide range of options for customization are great, I just wish that the gamer tag was a tad longer. Mine's supposed to be 'Paragon Hexagon' but had to be shortened to P.Hexagon. Otherwise, this was great. Might comeback in the future.
