Before placing my order, I checked the size charts, measured myself and chose based on the charts. All 3 shirts were too small - one tight in the arms, and 2 were too tight across the bust. I wrote to the customer service email, as the site recommended - and got no reply. I'm out $79. For tops that were flimsy and ill fitting. The lack of customer service was a huge disappointment. I am obviously never going to buy from this site nor recommend it to others. Buyer Beware

Processing Returns Is Far Too Complicated

I bought leggings in my usual size and they were way too big. I emailed to ask for return instructions and waited for 4 days for an initial response. I requested an exchange and then waited another 7 days for an email response, which did not answer my question about exchanges. I love the design of their clothing (as it looks online) but their return policies are not handled in a timely or satisfactory way for customer satisfaction. Regretfully, I won't be purchasing from them again.

Disappointed in quality

I ordered 4 items. They are all very quickly thrown together. Cheap material. The waist band on the pants keeps twisting. It took over a month to receive the order. Don't let the photos of the clothing online fool you. They are not as cute as the pictures make them look.

Inferior product, terrible customer service

The items I bought were not as pictured, very cheap looking, and sizing was off. Dealing with customer service has been totally frustrating. They will not give me the address to return, even though I provided the info they requested.

Order not received but credit card charged

I ordered three dresses a month ago, and the status of my order says it is still processing. However, the company immediately charged my credit card on the order date.

Quality is poor

Buyer beware, fabric is thin and feels weird, the blouse I bought is practically see-through it's so thin.
Sizing is not true, one item ran big the other small. I am hoping to return but haven't heard back from their customer service department yet. I ordered two dresses and one blouse, all need to be returned.

Very disappointed

I ordered a dress the size was wrong and material quality is very cheap& took along time to arrive. Extreme hassle to to return with having to email back and forth and I am still waiting for my refund to be credited into my account. I will never order anything from them again.

Poor fabric quality and inaccurate sizing

I was excited to see the beautiful clothes on this site, and ordered 10 items. None of them fit per my usual size/measurements and the fabrics felt like tissue paper rather than linen. I have yet to receive return instructions and am concerned that I may eat the cost of these clothes.

Bad experience

I ordered from you for the first time and never heard back about my order being shipped. Then found out from you that half of what I ordered was not unavailable? Then found out prices I wanted most of course for a cruise. You should know your inventory before selling things! I had to get a refund and buy somewhere else. At that point there was not enough time to even get what was left. First and last time I will buy from you!

Hassle and delaying tatics

I won't have my money back for another week. If you were Amazon, I would have a credit immediately after getting a return label to use. You played games. First, you offered $9 on a $39 dress. Shame on you. Then it was $15. Shame on you again. This nonsense lasted a week because email responses took two days. Finally, you offered to refund me after I paid the return shipping after trying to talk me out of it. I still have to wait for that. And your dress sizing is ridiculous.

Cheaply made.

Ordered larger size than usual but still way too small. No darts in top. No where did it state that you had to get permission to return merchandise or that you had to pay for return. They told me I had one week to return by US Mail. Offered $59 and me keep. Said no. Then offered $95. I had spent almost $200. Cost $25 to return but better than losing half of my money.

I contacted the company to say I'd like to return the dress. It doesn't look like the picture. The quality of fabric is poor.
They did reply after 5 days, and said don't return it to the address on the label- and we can't pay the shipping--and by the way, would you settle for a $12 credit? I replied, I'd like the full refund- where shall I send it? No response.

Wouldn't but from them again

Item size completely off!

After receiving the item, I was totally dissatisfied with the dress. It was at least 2 sizes smaller than the listed size. In addition, the quality was poor. My biggest complaint is that I have reached out repeatedly to return the item. They will not give an address, and it clearly states do not return to item shipping address. I was even offered a $13.00 credit for an item that I cannot use. I was told that the return shipping costs will be paid by me and yet they still will not give me the return address. WORST COMPANY EVER! My next move is to blast them on social media!

Lots to choose from

Buyer beware!

DO NOT buy from this company! The shipment was so late in being sent that the dress did not make it for my event. There was no follow up with reason as to why it was being shipped so late. And they would not reimburse me for the item. Only offered a 30% refund or a full amount gift card. I declined the gift card as I would NOT ever shop here again. When the dress finally came it was made of poor quality material and wrinkled beyond recognition.

Refunds on items take a long time.

I discovered a really fabulous dress and was excited for it to come in the mail. Unfortunately, the dress was way too tight around the stomach area and this was a size large. I notified the company that I needed to refund it. It took me four emails before someone acknowledged me. Then we went through a rigmarole before I got the information of where to send it back to that was on February 6, and I'm still waiting for my refund and they did receive the package per the tracking instructions.

I really liked the clothes that I see online, but unfortunately, I will not order anything from this company again.
