I ordered my suit on Jan. 10 and never received it. Contacted Cupshe and they said it was lost in transit. Offered me store coupon with no code. Told them I wanted another suit shipped to me or full refund and not heard from them about this even though I have emailed them three times.

I do not have the shipment number, but I cannot say enough good about the way the suits fit and the service. On my second order I did not receive the shipment. I called, she pulled my shipment up and re sent the order. No questions asked.

I ordered 2 bathing suits and when I rec'd them in a timely manner, I found that they did not fit to my liking, although they looked great. They promptly proceeded to give me a credit to use towards a new order. I would recommend them to my friends.

These are the steps I had to take to (successfully) return my Cupshe bathing suits. Each step beyond the first was provided to me an email at a time:
1) Email Cupshe customer service requesting a refund.
2) Specify how and why each suit doesn't fit.
3) Verify that I would like my money back in full rather than 80% of my purchase price in store credit or a 36% refund with no need to return the suits. (FYI, further purchases made with store credit aren't eligible for returns.)
4) Verify that I would like my money back in full rather than 120% store credit with no need to return or keeping all the bathing suits for $5 off each one.
5) Ship the bathing suits to New Jersey within 3-5 days from receiving the instructions to do so. Send the tracking number to Cupshe via email when I mail the package. Also, include a piece of paper in the box that notes my name, my order number, and my email address.
6) Track my own package and notify Cupshe when it arrives so that they can process the refund.
7) Verify that the card ending in XXXX "still works."
I did get my full refund.
The bathing suits were good quality... it's just bathing suit shopping online. Not all of them are going to fit.

I was super nervous to order online without trying on but I took the plunge & glad I did! Great quality, fast shipping & fit was perfect overall. One of the suits isnt the best on me so Ill exchanve that one (it for just looked funny on my body type) but the other three are perfect!

Love the swim suits I got! I admit I ordered 5 with the thought that I probably wouldn't like all of them, but I did! And for a little over $100 I had no guilt! Medium quality- definitely will hold up as long as I will want to wear them.

I recently ordered 3 swimsuits for my honeymoon cruise. 2 out of the 3 I ordered fit perfectly. I ordered a different size right away, for the one that didn't fit, and then contacted customer service to return the original. They treated me with outstanding customer service. They gave me 3 options:
1. Internationally mail the original back, at my cost, and then receive a total refund.
2. receive a partial refund and just keep the original.
3. receive a store credit for the full amount and keep the original.
I appreciated all the choices I was given and decided to take the store credit. The store credit code I was given worked with no issues; and I actually ordered another adorable swimsuit for my cruise.

My husband niece had told me about this website because we have a trip coming up in June we were trying to pick out our swimsuits I got four for a really good deal had to return two because they were too big for my daughter but customer service was awesome and given me credit so I can get two more in the size that I needed... I've ordered 3 times now and have never had an issue! Do I need 8 bathing suits. Not really, but they are affordable, and I think the quality is pretty good for the price! Very happy with all my purchases!
