As many people mention, shipping was odd. My tracking number was for fed ex. I got little nervous around day 10 that the tracking number was still showing as non existent on fed ex's site. Contacted Cupshe, unlike other reviews, they responded within an hour with a polite but non helpful e-mail. My package was then delivered on day 11 by UPS. So, not sure where the mix up was but they came.

Now for the suits. They were all what I expected. Cheap. Do you really think you are going to get good quality for this price. Come on. They look like they are supposed to, I didnt find any sewing flaws or anything like that. The material is not good quality and some fit ok, some didn't. I knew this coming into my purchase so I'm not complaining. I also wont be bothering to send anything back. Shoot sell it on facebook or let go and save yourself the hassle.

Most of all, you've read this and all the other reviews. You should not be surprised or have any true complaints on something so cheap to start with. In this life YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... Have a great day!

I am sorry that I didn't read previous reviews before purchasing swimsuits from Cupshe. They are horrible. Bathing suits are shipped from China and took over 3 weeks to arrive and smelled horrible. Quality is poor and fit is not consistent. I ordered a small that was the size of an XL. Then when going to return the only options are a credit or to "return" for $5 per item purchased and then not send them back. SHADY! Do NOT order from Cupshe!

I love love love these bathing suits and i am a curvy girl and get size Large and i love it i did deal with customer service and they were so prompt and nice it was amazing. There is tracking and they do tell you the shipping which does take a little while but they give you all that information. AGAIN i LOVE these bathing suits

Not worth it!

I payed for the expedited shipping and a week later I still have no recieved my package! Even when I track my order it says its being shipped but but all they have really done is print the shipping label. I specifically ordered these for a trip and now I know they deff won't be here by the time I leave. I will be getting into contact with my credit card company to dispute this so I can get my money back instead of going through the hassle of trying to get into contact with their customer service. Do not waste your time with this company unless you have a solid month before you actually need the products you're ordering.

This is my second order with Cupshe. The first one arrived within the 13-15 day estimated time frame. However, my new order (#*******) has been in transit since February 14th and tracking information shows only "label created" and states tracking info will be updated once item ships. I've emailed daily for over a week to get accurate shipping information or a full refund only to be told that my item did deliver, or that it's being delayed due to weekends and holidays or they send me the link to my FedEx tracking number which has still not been updated. At this point, I just want my money back and I will order from another site. Very frustrating!

I wish I would've read all the terrible reviews about this company before I purchased their bathing suits. There is nothing worse than customer service. I've been trying to login to my account and it says it's invalid, I've been trying to reach out to them and I haven't gotten not one response back. I haven't received my bathing suits yet, but I hope they are cute, so I don't have to go through the hassle that a lot of people have been going through.

I had to send 5 emails to customer service until I got a reply. I specifically stated that I wanted to return my order because of quality issues, and they offered me an in-store credit! I never want to order from this company again so told them I wanted a full refund. Still waiting to hear back... This place is a scam, DO NOT ORDER. They make you tell them specifically why you want to return, with individual pictures of everything. I have never had another company do this.

I ordered 11 siwmsuits from Cupshe recently, some the same fit/style but in multiple sizes so I could keep only the ones that fit well. I have 3 that I want to keep and am trying to return the other 8. I have emailed customer service multiple times and sent everything they requested - photos, order #, exact name of suits, pics of barcode, etc. and they keep sending the same response asking for the info again! I am so frustrated as I actually like the 3 I want to keep, but cannot afford to not get my money back on the other 8. CupShe you need to provide my packing slip and refund soon or this is ripe for a class action lawsuit as you are not upholding the return policy on your website. Thank you.

I ordered the wrong size because I need different size top and bottom and I was hoping to make it work with one size. It didnt. I emailed to request a return and they wrote back quickly to offer me a refund for a return, or store credit. I took the store credit and ordered the same suit in a different size, so now I have a great fitting suit. It would have been simpler if I could have ordered the suit originally like this, but either way I got what I needed, and the customer service was fast and friendly.

This website is a scam. I e-mailed their return department "zendesk" (there is nothing zen about it) only to never hear from them again. I have never had such a terrible experience ordering online in my life. Do NOT listen to all the positive reviews on their website either. The sutis fit horribly as well. One of the bottoms were like a diaper and the material was cheap. My order # is *******.

It saddens me to give this company even ONE star because they deserve NO Stars! After reading their return policy, which states that returns are welcome and simple, I decided to buy a few bathing suits. They arrived in a timely manner but unfortunately they didnt fit. I contacted Cupshe to start the return process and did not hear back from them for 10 or more days despite a handful of emails that I continued to send. Once I finally threatened to leave them terrible reviews they responded. Made me jump through 50 hoops of ridiculousness as in send pictures of each swim suit, each bag, each price tag, and send them ALL SEPETATELY. Also, send the SKU numbers for each and detailed reasons why Im returning them. I did all of this nonsense and have yet to hear back from them. I have sent email after email in attempt to get a response as to where to ship the suits back to but keep getting either nothing or the run around. It is the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! DO NOT BUY FROM CUPSHE, you will regret it if you do! I am not done with this matter, I am going to contact PayPal and get them involved next. Im sure they will be glad to help me. I will be leaving this review on every review site that I can possibly find so hopefully less people will have to deal with this ridiculousness.

I don't even know if I would give this company one star. I received my order on 2/26 and emailed the company a day later to let them know i needed to return. My order number was *******. I keep getting the general email response and have sent them everything they asked for several times with no response. I ordered multiple suits and need to return some and I'm afraid no one will help me in time (30 days as it states on the website) to get my full refund! I have emailed them 3 times now and no response. I need someone to help me ASAP. I sent them EVERYTHING they requested one day after the package arrived. Customer service is extremely poor. I bought swim suits before my trip and paid $15 extra for shipping. I had to email them to ask where my shipment was took extra days.
Now, I've been trying to return part of my order. Their directions instruct you to email them with the info so they can give you the next steps. I have told them that my order number is #******* and the email that contains all of the swimsuit information and photos is request #*******. I have emailed customer service at least 5 times. I have received an initial email back from them asking for all of the information that I already sent! I don't know if I will get any money returned now because the 30 day return policy is approaching. I am not sure if they are purposely doing this so I can't return? Or if they are just overloaded and do not have enough workers to reply.

I would strongly suggest not to order any extra suits expecting to return them. And don't expect your package to arrive on time.

I paid $15 extra to receive my package in three days in order to have them before my vacation. After five days my packages are still in China according to the shipment tracking and I leave tomorrow. I have tried to contact the company about being charged for late shipping and all I have been getting is automated email replies that do not pertain to my situation. They also do not supply a phone number to contact the company. Do not order from them! My order number is *******.

Just go to their BBB page and you'll see all you need! They are repeatedly scamming customers! For me, I ordered a package, they marked that it shipped, but never dropped it off with the carrier. They simply printed the label. When I tried to reach out to them, I only received generic form-type replies that were irrelevant to my issue. I then attempted to contact them on their website, Facebook messenger and then commented on their page trying to get a response. They marked each of my comments as spam shortly after posting them, and then blocked me from the page -- all I was asking is that they tell me when they planned on actually shipping my package as it has been more than a week since this label has been printed!

I have had to file formal complaints with BBB and PayPal, as have many who have had to deal with this organization.

It appears those who actually receive the items they pay for are the minority, and those who do receive items often find they are wrong or damaged!

Please take every positive review with a grain of salt as a great deal of these "positive" reviews appear to be sponsored. I didn't, and now I'm in the same boat as literally hundreds of others who have been taken advantage of by this horrendously unethical company!

Save your money and avoid CupShe.com at all costs!

I just received my order today- the suits are nice looking but unfortunately do not fit right. I was able to make one of the suits work, so I will keep that one.

My order number is #*******

I emailed and included all possible information, including front and back photos of each suit. I am hoping to hear back ASAP so I can send out tomorrow and get full refund for the suits I am returning.

Since I just received the suits today, they obviously have never been worn, are in perfect condition, and all pieces intact - the size just doesn't work. As stated below, their site says, the following: Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.

I PRAY this is the case! Can someone from Cupshe get back to me tonight about tracking info so I can mail out by tomorrow? Thank you so much!

Not worth the hassle

When something looks too good to be true, it usually is. This is the case with Cupshe. Checking out is the only easy thing about this site. Tracking my packages was a rude joke. From the shipment notification until the package arrived in my mail, the tracking just read "in transit." There was no estimated arrival time, and certainly no actual tracking. But, the worst part is the return process! OMG, they couldn't make it more difficult if they tried. If something doesn't fit or simply doesn't flatter you, which let's be honest is probable with online clothes shopping, you have to email customer support and then take photos of what you what to return. Along with photos, you have to offer them a written explanation of why and all the product informationAND YOU HAVE TO SEND ONE EMAIL AT A TIME! Seriously, this company isn't worth the hassle. There are too many other online retailers to be bothered with this obnoxious process.
