Contacting them is almost impossible. I have emailed for a return on the items that do not fit and they are being difficult. How is this an actual company. I don't understand how so many people can give good reviews - probably all fake. I want my money back.

Great place. I recommend Cupshe if you want good quality clothing and outstanding customer service. Cupshe cloth, look as beautiful as it is in the picture. They know what modern fashion is destined to look like all the years I have discovered Cupshe. Cupshe has a fast logistic which trips me always. I was impressed with just how quickly my order was processed and how soon it arrived at my doorstep. I had a few questions while I waited for my order, and customer service was quick to reply and very helpful. I was happy the swimwear looks exactly as it does in the pictures online, and fits great too!
In case I'm the only one not built like the models for these swimsuits, let me tell you this suit is amazing for those of us with a "mom tummy." It's very flattering, especially with the subtle ruching on the sides. I walked out of the room with it on and my kids immediately oohed and aahed. Then my husband walked in and before I could say anything, he said "I really like that one." Thumbs up from all of us. Can't wait to wear this on a cruise this summer.

So I've had to place orders two different times, 5 swim suits in each order and have wanted to exchange them because of sizing. I did receive an initial response, but NO follow up with them. They say just keep them and we will exchange for the size you want. HOWEVER, you will not be able to exchange the second set as it was exchanged with a no credit return policy.
Just please credit me my money on my 1st (#******* and exchange the suits I've requested on my 2nd order (#*******). I'm now out a total $190.00 and still do not have the suits I want in the correct size, nor do I have the issue resolved. I'M OVER IT. I love the suits, don't get me wrong... but their customer service is SO POOR, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! For that reason alone they will only get 1 star from me and I will urge others not to purchase from them. So I'll be contacting my credit card company with the details of this HORRIBLE transaction with CUPSHE to get my money back. They are a MAJOR SCAM COMPANY!

I ordered five bathing suits and would like to return three. Once I sent multiple emails asking for a tracking/mailing label, I've gotten no response. Very frustrating! It's not worth the hassle to buy bathing suits here. Look elsewhere!
