Iv bought 5 swim suits from cupshe. It's true to size. Great fabric with big strong zips. I'm in New Zealand and package arrived within 8 days as said. Great customer support. Hard to find good quality stuff now days so this site was a win. I won't shop swim suits anywhere else now. Big size range too. Highly recommend.
Ordered 11 bathing suits in hopes that some fit because they advertise that they have an easy return policy. I have been emailing them since April 7 and still no response. Do not order from here unless you dont plan to return!

I ordered on March 4th. It's been over 20 days and the status of my order has not budged from "Label created" on FedEx. I emailed Cupshe about this and they have not responded to me. If Cupshe is still not going to make things right by not delivering the order, I cannot wait to get my money back by filing a claim with my bank.
Here are Cupshe's and FedEx's order-tracking pages. Note how they differ from each other -- literally not on the same page in terms of delivery. I think it's a no-brainer to trust FedEx's information more.
Even with the success stories out there with Cupshe, better safe than sorry and don't support the company at all.

Let me just start by saying I practically LIVE in a bikini, and this site is one of the only I will buy from. I'm obsessed with them. Awhile ago, I was on a huge suit spree and bought (literally) 16 bathing suits from Cupshe! I'm not kidding when I say they are legit! I get people are upset when they can't do returns on suits that are on sale, however. When something didn't fit me (which was only once), I would just re gift it to someone smaller than me. Because an $8 bathing suit doesn't mean that much to me if that's simply their policy, I understand. You rock CupShe!

I just received my order today- the suits are nice looking but unfortunately do not fit right. I was able to make one of the suits work, so I will keep that one.

I emailed and included all possible information, including front and back photos of each suit. I am hoping to hear back ASAP so I can send out tomorrow and get full refund for the suits I am returning.
Since I just received the suits today, they obviously have never been worn, are in perfect condition, and all pieces intact - the size just doesn't work. As stated below, their site says, the following: Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.

I ordered 2 swimsuits which were a perfect fit. I ordered large, am 5'3" weigh 160 lbs. And wear a 40 c or 38 D bra. The online agent helped me with sizing. Colors are great, suits are cute. So happy!

The clasp on one pair didn't work, however, they fit perfectly and the design was lovely -it was easier and cheaper to purchase a replacement clasp.
They have a range of return/ refund options available, which is rare for swimwear.
Overall, will gladly purchase from CupShe again!

The swimsuits seem to be decent quality, but I needed to exchange for a smaller size and they denied my exchange due their ridiculous return policy. Make sure you're counting down the days since your package was delivered as they will NOT accommodate exchanges even ONE day past their deadline. I am now stuck with three swimsuits that are too big and am out all of my money. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Number one, I live their bathing suits. They are thick, durable, extremely comfortable, and I'm not sure how they are so cheap, but you can't beat the prices! It can be hard to find the right size and CupShe makes returns really easy. So easy, in fact, that I didn't even have to return it, but they gave me a coupon code to order a new size. Customer service was fast, polite, and made the experience painless. I will definitely keep ordering from them and highly recommend!

Suits are cheap, and customer service does not respond to emails. There is no way to reach them. I even tried the "chat" feature under contact us. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a response regarding a return.

I ordered 2 swimsuits. They came in about a 1 week, maybe a week and a half. The swimsuits were good quality. I wish one of them had adjustable arm straps but it fits well enough without. Looking at other peoples reviews definitely helped me make the right size choice.
Products came exactly as shown, quick delivery, good quality.
2 of 3 didn't fit as I liked-excellent, courteous and prompt customer service for return, with several options for return.

It's truly amazing that they have every fashion piece that you could imagine. Items are well made, they're safely packed and they look perfect on you. Everything has different sizes to choose from, many cool colors. Payment is quick, no problems with that. You can track your order and Cupshe.com even send you links to it. I love Cupshe.com very much and I recommend it to all my friends and family. Almost always all their service and posting is simple and fast, along with this their products are of nice quality and not super pricey!

Purchased two swimsuits and loved them both. One of them didn't fit very well but I just wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. Reached out to customer service and they provided great service and made the exchanging process fairly easy. Will definitely buy more swimsuits. Thank you!

Great quality product. I have multiple pairs of swimmers from this site. I did however get a pair of bikinis that didn't quite fit, and wow was the refund/credit/exchange process super easy and generous. I'm a huge cup she fan.

I love ordering from Cupshe. They have beautiful clothing and swimwear to choose from for very affordable prices. I typically would place an order every month sometimes twice in one month. However, the past few orders I placed the delivery date was really long. I've waited for my packages to arrive for than 14 business days. Especially when I've chose 5 to 7 business days. There often isn't any information available for tracking. Orders sometimes take more than the 14 days which can be very frustrating. I've got a few items in my shopping bag but not sure I wanna wait three weeks for my order.

And you choose Standard Shipping which costs 10-15 Business Days for all 3 orders instead of 5-7 Business Days as you mentioned. Meanwhile, all of the 3 orders were delivered on time. Please kindly note that All of our items have a processing time that is shown clearly on the delivery page, which will be up to 1 business day after an order is made. Meanwhile, Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time. Besides, business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
Secondly, since your previous orders were shipped out from oversea warehouses, the tracking information will not be updated until they arrived in your country. It still takes a few days for the shipper to update the tracking status online. Therefore, you may unable to track the parcel at that time. Anyway, the shipping time frame is valid regardless of the tracking site updates and availability.
Besides, we have optimized the logistics. There are 2 kinds of shipping methods from our website now: Expedited Shipping(5-7 Business Days) and Express Shipping(3-5 Business Days), both of them won't take longer than before.

I ordered 6 swimming suits and all of the bottoms were too small. I'm not a big girl, but the bottoms barley covered my my booty crack. I had checked the return policy prior to purchasing and it turns out their policy posted on their website isn't accurate. They don't a full refund... 45-75% back plus you have to pay $26 for shipping alone.
I do not recommend this website and think they are not upfront about the way they conduct business. Definitely disappointed.
