Great customer service-- personal calls from representatives to ensure items arrive safely and that we are happy with them. The sales staff is also very knowledgeable about the products they sell, which is a rarity in sales these days!

I am not so much reviewing the main site as the outlet part of this website. They have killer deals on all sorts of refurbished products. Some are almost half of what I see at big stores like best buy. You should look at this part of the site before buying anything at a retail store.

Customer service aimed to please - not only do they offer superior product services but their cutsomer service is purly top notch! I do believe the vast majority of their products have lifetime tech support. They have a huge selection of audio visual products for in home or in your car. They have from what i have experienced the most product knowledgable staff i have ever encountered and if they don't know im sure they could tell you who does, but i find that unlikey.
Their digital camcorder and digital camera selection is decent but as for diversity in manufacturers selection is kinda sparse. Their camera accesories like tripods, flashes are available. But personally i feel a site dedicated to photography equipment is bound to have a better selectoin of the latter.
They have a fair return/exchange policy. Very fair

Great buys on HDTVs and other electronics - This company is large enough that they will occassionaly offer really good deals. My favorite thing is to get their catalog... if you are considering buying a new Plasma/LCD TV, just ask for their catalog and you can see all of their latest deals.
They do have periodic email offers, so if you sing up for their mailing list you may find something you want someday for really cheap.
