Thank you for the Kicker 6x9s and custom boxes to put them in. They worked out perfectly and sound great! I got and put them in in one night!
The price on the stereo was excellent, the wiring harness and dash kit were included. I just couldn't beat the service I received.

The bose SoundTouch 30 series needs more bass.not happy with it, bose need to manufacture a bass speaker to pair with it.
The Sony reciever was exactly what I needed and performs flawlessly. I needed a modestly priced reciever for a spare av system and this fit the bill.
I had to replace the stock 2002 Wrangler TJ subwoofer. After a few modifications to the housing, i now have a new Kicker subwoofer.
I just opened the Costco ad and saw the Dyson V7 priced at $169.

I liked how the Crutchfield supplies (emailed) instructions were easy to follow and included how everything supplied was to be connected, taking the guess work out. I installed a Sony AX5000 receiver using a Metra 95-6511 Dash Kit, PAC RP4-CH11 Wiring Interface, Metra 40-EU10 Antenna Adapter, and a Metra AX-USB-MINIB USB Port Cable, which were all recommended for installation. Instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. There were no instructions for installing the AX-USB_Minib USP Port Cable so I had to find a YouTube video to watch. Turns out it gets installed from the mini USB coming out of the old UConnect module under the Heater/AC controls. I had to update the firmware on the receiver, install Android Audio app on my phone and everything worked.

Customer service aimed to please - not only do they offer superior product services but their cutsomer service is purly top notch! I do believe the vast majority of their products have lifetime tech support. They have a huge selection of audio visual products for in home or in your car. They have from what i have experienced the most product knowledgable staff i have ever encountered and if they don't know im sure they could tell you who does, but i find that unlikey.
Their digital camcorder and digital camera selection is decent but as for diversity in manufacturers selection is kinda sparse. Their camera accesories like tripods, flashes are available. But personally i feel a site dedicated to photography equipment is bound to have a better selectoin of the latter.
They have a fair return/exchange policy. Very fair
I have purchased car audio and home theater products with extreme confidance from them, i have never been disapointed or even slightly unsatified by these guys and readily recommend them to all my friends.
I decided to upgrade my 2001 Chevy Tahoe with modern technology. I installed a touch screen receiver paired with satellite radio and a back up camera. When I ran into trouble connecting wires to my reverse trigger and my parking break. Crutchfield support was able to walk me through and help me find the correct wires to complete my install. I do have some experience installing car stereos. I will say the instructions/wiring guide made sense to me since I've had prior installation experience. However, if you've never installed a car stereo you might have an issue with the step by step instructions since they are basic. You might want to reference some YouTube videos prior to beginning just to get your feet wet. Ultimately I am very happy with my purchase and install.
FYI, for my 2001 Chevy Tahoe I purchased an Alpine iLX-W650 (fits easy without modification due to slim size). Paired with a SiriusXM SXV300V1 Tuner and a Boyo VTL 17ir. I also used the Metra 70-1858 receiver wiring harness and the Metra DP-3002B Dash Kit. (Will make your life much easier).
