I have purchased aftermarket radios for vehicles, over the ear earphones, and most recently ear buds. I have always done research on each product being purchased and then found the Crutchfield team to be spot on in their own reviews or able to offer an intelligent alternate review of whatever the product may be and why their reviews may differ. The few times I have needed technical support, it has been great as well. The last thing is their pricing always seems competitive. Their shipping has been great as well. No real lag times. Product gets to you within the time frame promised. Over all, a very good company to work with when purchasing electronics.

Hands down the best company around! Not only do they set the standard in customer service, but they also have extremely fast shipping and if you have a question, there's a great chance you will talk to someone who knows what they are talking about instead of just selling you something! Sometimes you might catch a product cheaper on another site, but I know the customer service at Crutchfield makes up the difference! Crutchfield for life!

I've been a Crutchfield customer for over a decade. They always have the best products and their customer support is second-to-none. Some people complain that Crutchfield's prices are higher than the competition, but you're paying for added value in that you have (basically) lifetime support for your purchases. I love the peace of mind of being able to call a Crutchfield advisor about any issue I'm having with a product I've purchased from them. It's totally worth it! Thanks Crutchfield... You're the best!

Almost went with another company. So glad I didn't! My order was shipped out lighting fast and arrived in Alaska in three days FREE. Everything that I needed was pointed out in the order process and I received it all. The wiring harness adapter for my 97 Dodge Ram was perfect. I am an aircraft mechanic so not without some basic wiring skills and this was about the most painless installation you could imagine. You have got this down to a science and I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a car stereo to not hesitate. Thanks again for money well spent.

I have ordered a few items from Crutchfield here and there over the years. I've never been disappointed! Their prices are on par with other websites and traditional stores. They provide great installation instructions that are specific to your vehicle's model. And they have a great return policy. After installing the first speakers I ever bought from Crutchfield years ago, I was disappointed in the sound and when I reached out they offered a complete refund with issues! Other than those first speakers sounding bad (speaker manufacturer's fault not Crutchfield's) everything else I've ordered has worked perfectly for years.

Crutchfield AV Design helped us with what I thought was a super complicated set up full of wishes. Dallas very quickly understood what we were after even with me not communicating in AV terms. He walked me through each step and patiently (like a saint patient!) explained what each component was for and how it related to the whole system.

I cannot recommend Crutchfield high enough. We are thrilled with our new system. 11/10 for Crutchfield service, products, and shipping.

The first time I ordered from Crutchfield was in the 80's. It has been a great experience every time. Their customer support and installation instructions are excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone who chooses to do their own installations. Navigating their products on the website is easy and informative. They offer Ready Harness where they splice the wiring for you for $25. Worth every penny. I've done installations where I had to do all the splicing myself and it's very time consuming, not to mention the possibility of making a mistake. I highly recommend this service. This was my first experience with Crutchfield. The website was easy to navigate and product descriptions were thorough. I had an idea of what I wanted, but the site allowed me to evaluate options. Ordering was quick and easy. I was provided an estimated ship date and Crutchfield did exactly what they promised. That doesn't necessarily happen with other companies. The product arrived quickly and undamaged. Unfortunately, my spouse is making me wait 10 days 'til Xmas to set up as it is a present from him. At least Crutchfield didn't make me wait! LOL!

Great job guys... again! My second purchase from Crutchfield of late. I love being able to buy the wiring ready for plug and play. I went with Kenwood on both installs. They work great with my iPhone and sound quality is much better than factory. First install was 1992 Chevrolet Dually... install kit worked great and had everything needed to rearrange the dash. 2nd Kit was 1995 Mustang GT w/Mach 460 system which has more than normal for the wiring and the kit you guys make for plug and play worked great! The pdf downloads are also were very helpful. Thanks for you guys doing your homework and making it easy for us!
