Bought Scratch and Dent Polk Audio Signature S50, Price $462.53. When delivered had two dents on back of case and fix it with black magic marker. The cases are black to, So do not see dents. The plastic foot on bottom of one speaker was broken. Called Crutchfield, They said that is part of dent and scratchs. Broken foot is neither dent or scratch. Speaker will no stand straight. Will have to glue it. BE aware it's not only dents and scratchs. As you can see in picture i taped for now until glue comes..

I ordered from crutchfield back in about 1993, with a stereo for my car. They were good back then.

I ordered a head unit for my daughter's car in August 2020. Things are slightly different, Bluetooth microphone and a way bigger plug on the factory head unit. These things have changed, but not the crutchfield experience. If anything, it's gotten better since 1993…install videos, product wiring details, etc, all at a good price.

I'll say this, if you want a cheap product above all else, Crutchfield isn't for you. They don't sell low end, and you can probably get comparable products for cheaper elsewhere. However, their customer experience is great weather you're dealing with sales, technical support, or returns. If I'm in the market for something they sell, it's well worth the potential to be spending a bit more for the peace of mind that it's actually quality and I won't need to fight with support if I need it.

A good source for stereo equipment and speakers... I've used them for years!
Just recently I was trying to order a sub-woofer and ordered 2 of them cause I couldn't get the online order correctly and then both went through - so I said ok Ill just use one for outside porch and the other by the pool... within a few minutes a nice lady called and asked if I really wanted 2... I said not really and she corrected it on the spot... Great Customer Service

For car audio no one can beat Crutchfield. The amount of research this company puts into making certain gear fits your car is unbelievable. Just use the tools on the site, and you can be positive your new speakers will fit your car.

I'm not a car audio techie and I put a new stereo and four new speakers in my truck in less than hour thanks to the detailed manual and the Ready Harness Connect service (yes, i paid a little extra for A LOT less headache), WELL WORTH IT! Pair that with Crutchfield's AMAZING service and it makes this an excellent purchase.

Very nice sound, but not as good as my old sound bar (Polk audio)that had an external sub(of course). Really like the display and overall sound I did expect a little more mid to bass sound. The really down side is the mounting of the unit is limited to a stand under the tv or a custom bracket, my tv is in the corner and it would've been nice if this sound bar came with hardware to mount to the tv. The hardware is only for a straight wall mount. As I expected Crutchfield was excellent, great price, fast shipping. Thanks
