I've ordered from Crutchfield multiple times and every time I do my parts arrive on time and fit as expected.

My current order was pretty simple - just ordering an off-the-shelf portable speaker that I could have bought from any number of other vendors for basically the same price. I ordered from Crutchfield because their estimated delivery date was 2 days earlier then all the rest which would have put it arriving the day before I needed it. Crutchfields delivery time gave me more wiggle room in case there was an issue.

Ultimately the speaker arrived on time and works as expected, but it was nice getting it a couple of days sooner, just in case.

Salesperson new what I needed for my 2012 Chevy Truck. Later I talked to a tech person who was also very helpful. Order arrived promptly. I did need one more adapter cable which I then ordered, and wish they had mentioned it. It was to hook up the vehicle's USB plug to radio USB input. Installation went smoothly once I had all the cables. I had GPS and Sirius antennas to install too. Viewing U tube videos before hand certainly helped a lot, and I highly recommend them. Wiring the harnesses together using instructions went well, too.

Great job guys... again! My second purchase from Crutchfield of late. I love being able to buy the wiring ready for plug and play. I went with Kenwood on both installs. They work great with my iPhone and sound quality is much better than factory. First install was 1992 Chevrolet Dually... install kit worked great and had everything needed to rearrange the dash. 2nd Kit was 1995 Mustang GT w/Mach 460 system which has more than normal for the wiring and the kit you guys make for plug and play worked great! The pdf downloads are also were very helpful. Thanks for you guys doing your homework and making it easy for us!

I was Very, Very Disappointed when I made my order I was told that the radio was compatible with my truck plus it state on the side of the box that it had steering wheel control. I paid this person to install the system but the steering wheel control didn't work had to pay him another fee to take the radio back out and reinstall my old one I still don't have a radio now I gotta send it back but I can't order another one cause the one they assured me would work in my truck is almost $100.00 out of my budget

I don't live far from Crutchfield, so one would think that speedy delivery would be a given; but with all of the things affecting the mail and carriers today, that is not a certainty. Given pulling, packaging and shipping time needed by most vendors, extended delivery should be expected. Not Crutchfield, though. I ordered an item on Monday and received it on Tuesday, well packaged and exactly as described online. I would guess that the order was processed and delivered to the shipper within a couple of hours to get to me so quickly. Plus, Crutchfield kept me informed of the status of my order right through delivery. Way to go and thanks.
