Bought a Samsung QN65Q80T, was kept informed about delivery, got it when promised. The television is awesome, as was Crutchfield.
I purchased a aftermarket radio for my 2015 Tundra not from Crutchfield. How ever I contacted them and they proceeded to research the proper equipment I needed.
They provided me with the proper wire harness so I could keep my factory control and accessories to complete the radio installation on my truck. The are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I had to do a lot of research for my BMW 328i GT and thought I'd post this on for others. You need a couple of accessories to avoid cutting and drilling:
1) Brand: MJM Car Speaker Adapters
2) BMW oem connector harness. These sound great and I kept from having to modify the car itself by using these accessories.
The site was helpful with reviews and evaluation information that helped me find the best item in my price bracket. The purchase and delivery experiences were also easy and fast.

I previously purchased a Marantz Receiver and several Sonos products from Crutchfield. Having decided that I wanted to purchase an Audiolab 6000A integrated amp and a 6000CDT I began searching online for a source with good prices and service. Up comes Crutchfield and within a few minutes my equipment was on its way. The sound is unbelievably good! My only criticism would be with the packaging of the 6000A. Both pieces are the same size but the 6000A box was placed in a much larger box which was filled with peanuts. The outer box was coming apart and getting rid of the peanuts was a real pain. The 6000CDT was packed into a very slightly larger box with a handful of peanuts to cushion the inner box. It was very easy to open with no mess.
The instructions and attachments were very helpful to install the new radio in my old truck. My order arrived very fast and was packed with care, The alpine has great sound with my original speakers and dCD player works great.
Excellent service with included adaptors and instructions. Priced right and shipped fast. Only bad thing I can say, there was allot of out of stock product limiting my selection. But, I will purchase from Crutchfield again for sure! Thanks...

I honestly don't know if it's Crutchfield's responsibility, or UPS. When I placed my order, it was guaranteed 2 day delivery, but somehow took an extra day.
Put me in a bit of a jam, since I tried to coordinate the car, and my install guy for Wednesday, but didn't get it until the next day.
I prefer to shop with a small business, and I know the prices have a slim margin for profit, so I don't expect Crutchfield to always have the best prices, but I would like to receive my purchases when it's said.

Ordered a stereo head to replace a faulty one. Took an hour or so (with the instructions and extra free items included) to replace it. Never replaced one before and I gained so much confidence to do it again. The new one was at a great value, free two-day shipping and extras included. The only thing missing in the box was the installer! Oxygen tank, snacks for two days, bigger box, please!

Crutchfield had competitive pricing, and a nice website w/ videos and pictures along w/ specifications. I made my purchase, they had free shipping that was a week faster than competitors that charged shipping, the 2 day shipping actually came a day early (that's quick!)

I ordered a headunit for my sisters birthday because her current one didnt have bluetooth (not uncommon in 1995) she would always listen to music off her $#*!ty phone speaker and hated the radio so I figured a single din head unit would be a perfect first install. The parts came in 3 days and had clearly labeled instructions so the install took me about 30 minutes. Make sure to put the din cage in correctly or your screwed! Only thing that stumped me was what the orange wire did bc it was an extra I didnt use turns out its a dimmer wire and the new radio didnt need a dimmer

Crutchfield made it so easy to get everything I needed and great instructions for a really easy install, and the it cost the same as other vendors selling it without the harness and installation hardware.
Crutch field is great, never been disappointed! This order was not fragile, just some record cleaner and a cover, so I lucked out. My package arrived and looked like an accordion! Maybe change shipping co.
