I have purchased from Crutchfield numerous times now and I have to say that it is the best shopping experiences I have had. From the initial contact if you need assistance during your purchase, to the shipping and receiving followed by the expert customer service while dealing with your new equipment, you will have more than adequate assistance! I purchased a reciever, TV, speakers and other items from them and have always felt that they had my back and could assist me in making informed decisions on the products that would work best for me.
I ordered Bose headphones for daughter's b-day and received item on day they said it would arrive. I signed up for delivery alert and everything went well. I would certainly order from Crutchfield again... very easy to do business with.
On a separate note, I first did business with Crutchfield back in the late 70's or very early 80's and happy to see they are still in business & doing well.
I wanted a new radio for my work van that is Bluetooth capable since hands-free telephone is now required in Virginia. I found several that I liked in the outlet store. This is for my work van so I did not want to break the bank on this radio. I called and spoke with "Ray" and he was very knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my choice. I got a really great Kenwood radio at a terrific price.

I tried to go cheap, bought a name brand from an auction site. Stereo would not shut off as it was supposed to after the delay. Even with the stereo off, would run my battery down in a couple days. Finally bought the interface from Crutch field as I should have to begin with. Crutchfield is the best in the business!
Everything was as expected packaged very well and the installation kit that came with it worked flawlessly and looks fantastic in the car thanks again for fulfilling my order with no problems you people rock and now so does my daughter's car
I recently ordered some Klipsch floor speakers to replace a set that were too small for our space. When they arrived, they turned out to be far too large for our space -that was on me, I couldn't really appreciate their size until I physically saw them.
I returned them and proceeded to have the best customer service and support I have ever experienced with a company. At ever step, Crutchfield techs and service reps guided me in the right steps. Their assistance was invaluable; doing things they didn't need to do, and certainly not obligated to do -and I only mention it because I don't think I've ever had customer service of this caliber, before.
I cannot recommend them enough and I look forward to doing business with Crutchfield again.
First Great support from the people who answer the phone. The Kenwood performs better then advertised. Installation in a 1999 Celica. My daughter had it mirroring her android cell phone before I had the dash put back. Sounds great. Controls are intuitive.
I've been shopping with Crutchfield since I was 16 and got my first car. They have always went above and beyond to ensure I had everything needed for my mobile installations and are always willing to help out. Crutchfield has some very competitive pricing, especially since they provide you with majority of the mounting and wiring that is required. I am now 39 and Crutchfield will always be my go to source. I will always recommend them to friends and family.
Very nice sound, but not as good as my old sound bar (Polk audio)that had an external sub(of course). Really like the display and overall sound I did expect a little more mid to bass sound. The really down side is the mounting of the unit is limited to a stand under the tv or a custom bracket, my tv is in the corner and it would've been nice if this sound bar came with hardware to mount to the tv. The hardware is only for a straight wall mount. As I expected Crutchfield was excellent, great price, fast shipping. Thanks
Got a pair of these, great deal! Delivery was on time. They also have payments options for your convenience and every now and then they come up with really good prices, and on top of that if you sing up with an account you will earn points which you can use for future purchases.
Bought a Kenwood stereo for the Envoy from them and was a great deal with all the components to do a proper install. All recommended on their website. Along with all the instruction and diagrams needed for a perfect outcome. I won't buy from anyone else when it comes to car audio. Lifetime tech support made this all a no brainer. Not the cheapest in initial cost, but the value added service beyond the purchase made this a great deal.
I ordered a low end Dual stereo for my car and I got what I paid for. Anything is an improvement over what was in the car and I like being able to plug a flash drive in with my music. The tuner leaves a lot to be desired and is weaker and gets worse reception than the original unit but again I got what I paid for and I am not willing to sink lots of money into my car. The service, advice, and shipping from Crutchfield were 1st rate so no complaints there.
I'm extremely pleased with my Sony noise-cancelling air-pods. Crutchfield's site provided excellent information and the sale price and free shipping made the purchase even more attractive. I received my order within three days and was extremely pleased to get it so quickly! It was packed very well and I was impressed with such fast delivery. I'll look to Crutchfield's in the future for other electronics needs.

Crutchfield is a great site for information, but price wise, there are MUCH better alternatives.
If you don't know much about the audio or electronic world, Crutchfield.com is a great place to learn and review products. But like I stated earlier, if you know exactly what parts you need, shop elsewhere.
I did a lot of research on which product would be best for Apple car play for my Honda. All signs pointed to the pioneer Nex serious. I can honestly say, it is better then I had anticipated! I would recommend this product to anyone!

Spent a lot of time shopping around and ended back on this site everytime. My order came with installation gear and the cost of the stereo was not inflated. The instructions were specific to my car and easy to follow. Will be purchasing speakers next!
