Ordered a car stereo from Crutchfield. They had a list of items that I would need which I ordered along with the stereo. They even connected the adapter wiring (for a small price). Ordered 6 speakers on a Friday and received all of them on Wednesday! Very fast shipping; and delivery by UPS. The cartons arrived without a scratch and the UPS driver was very helpful to bring the heavy bulky boxes inside the house. All the items ordered were as published in their website.

Simple to use, constantly on. When you turn on your TV the sound bar is on, other sound bars you have to activate with the remote. I own 2 of these units. The team at Crutchfield is very helpful, they don't speak you in a condescending manner. I've never been spoken to as if I'm the "little woman".

I honestly don't know if it's Crutchfield's responsibility, or UPS. When I placed my order, it was guaranteed 2 day delivery, but somehow took an extra day.
Put me in a bit of a jam, since I tried to coordinate the car, and my install guy for Wednesday, but didn't get it until the next day.
I prefer to shop with a small business, and I know the prices have a slim margin for profit, so I don't expect Crutchfield to always have the best prices, but I would like to receive my purchases when it's said.
