I've purchased several car stereos from Crutchfield in the last ten years and they just keep getting better. You put in your vehicle, pick your products, and from there everything shows up at your door with in-depth instructions, wiring diagrams linked, the whole package.
Shawn was a great help in determining what i needed and lining it all up so i could choose the pieces and parts to complete my renovation project. Answered several different emails with different questions i had. Great customer service!
They worked good, and I was very surprised when I received them to find out they not only sent me the speakers, they also supplied size adapters, and pigtails with the exact electrical connectors for my model.

I purchased a aftermarket radio for my 2015 Tundra not from Crutchfield. How ever I contacted them and they proceeded to research the proper equipment I needed.
They provided me with the proper wire harness so I could keep my factory control and accessories to complete the radio installation on my truck. The are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Super fast shipping. It was really easy to install, works great on my 2012 buick enclave, my steering wheel controls still work. It shows up as one bluetooth name for audio and I still have the car bluetooth for calls. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks crutchfield.
Great products, fast shipping, and overall satisfied, but my car stereo was supposed to come with everything needed to install for free, which is great, however it didn't come with the mount, and came with two trim plates instead.

Been using Crutchfield for over 20 years. All the times I've ordered from them everything went seamlessly. My recent order was no different. It arrived quickly and although the price was the same as getting it direct from the vendor but chose to get it from Crutchfield because I know if I have a problem they'll be easier to work with to resolve it.
The Crutchfield website made it easy to compare and ultimately choose the head unit right for me, it also gave me the option to include the correct equipment needed for the install at a discounted price. I had a question about the stereo in my cart so I called the 1 800 number and was able to talk to a person in no time. Dwight was able to ask me a couple of questions and link into the page I was looking at on the website, not only did he answer all my questions but gave me a direct number to reach him if I had any more.
Instead of having my items shipped to my home I used my work address which must have raised a concern. I received a phone call and an email to verify my shipping option and received my entire order exactly when it was promised in a well packed box.

Everytime I shop with Crutchfield I can't help but think... Wow, this is a great experience. This time was no different. The help I received over the phone was friendly, consultative and accurate. In addition the customer service rep went the extra mile to advise me that I had a reward bonus from a previous purchase. He didn't have to do that... BUT that is how Crutchfield rolls... That is why I love when its time to buy some audio or video tech. I know I'm going to work with a store with an old school customer service and knowledge approach to their market. Oh, and their pricing, competitive with any other retailer out there (all the big guys and. Com's). So why not support a Virginia based company like this?
Love this company. They have the best selection of quality audio equipment and some of the best customer service available. If you ever have to call them you are directed immediately to a person instead of having to deal one of those never-ending menus. The layout of their website is A+. I can see why they've been around as long as they have. I can't give this company anything less than 5 stars.
I am thoroughly pleased with my order. I purchased a Pioneer double din receiver, the ready harness, and XM antenna on a Wednesday and it arrived Thursday. I had a small issue with the wiring that tech support helped me resolve quickly and painlessly. I will be ordering all of my car audio needs from Crutchfield!

I found Crutchfield website easy to navigate after I selected my vehicle. It was a simple task of replacing both the front and rear door speakers. Stereo and other speakers were still in good condition. The speakers I selected fit perfect the first time and sound great.

My stereo system has lasted over 20 years and components are now starting to fail. I called Crutchfield for help to find a suitable audio component to replace my former receiver. The tech support guy suggested various components and we discussed features, trade-offs, and cost, and ultimately settled on a components that I'm extremely happy with and I a price I was very willing to pay.
In a day where customer service is an afterthought. That is definitely NOT the case with Crutchfield. They were there every step of the way to ensure this was the correct product and accessories for my car and installation. My order arrived in just under 2 days, Even after the purchase, they followed up to ensure that I was aware of certain installation steps that may be necessary.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Great communication from time of order through shipping (tracking), and follow up. This company seems to really care about their customers, and providing service you can depend on. Would highly recommend, and will buy from again.
