Cracker Barrel

I ordered the chicken and dumplings, which was listed as the favorite chose. They were okay, not horrible but definitely not really good. But the sides were terrible, lumpy potatoes with greasy gravy, fried okra, nasty taste. And I got the 3rd vegetable, fried apples, not terrible but again not good. Biscuits were pale, under cooked lumps. The only thing good was the cheesecake. On top of the flavor was not packaged to be kept warm. Overall I have had several things delivered some good and some not so good but this is the first thing that made me sick. Do not order from this place

Dressing used to come in a large pan, already mixed. Now, it comes in 2 small rectangular pans, and have to mix it yourself. Paying 27 bucks for this small portion. Pathetic and not worth it. I will never order this from themagain. They gotta do better.

Cracker Barrel Is our go to place when traveling especially when looking for some home style cooking and comfort food. We have eaten at Cracker Barrel Restaurants from coast to coast and appreciate the constant food quality and gracious service. We appreciate the welcoming and positive atmosphere offered to all customers. Thanks for a job well done and keep up the great work!

Depending on location and service cracker barrel could be good or crappy.

I'm still not happy they ignored me when I reached out about a terrible experience I had how the host treated my bf and I at the Romeoville IL location. I left a review as well and owner never reached out and apologized to me. Cracker barrel themselves didn't either so they've lost my respect.

My husband and I are always traveling on Thanksgiving and have enjoyed thanksgiving meals for the past 20 years with Cracker Barrel. This year again traveling we ordered our meal and wish we would have had somewhere else to dine. It was the worst meal I believe I have ever had with this company and it seems over the past few years it continues to decline. I only hope they can pull the company out of decline and come back to what they once were. Next year we'll do a frozen meal before we eat a thanksgiving meal like this years.

My wife and i went to Cracker Barrel last night and had the worst service we have ever had anywhere. We we seated right away but then no one came to take our order... 4 other tables were seated and had their orders taken before ours was... they all got their food and then a 5th table was seated and had their order taken and they got their food before we did... Also The waitress came twice to our table with the wrong drinks while we waited for our food... Then when the food arrived my wife's chicken was cold... Ticket # 131

This so called family diner is now changed to pervert supporter. They now show the rainbow in their announcements and ads. Showing their support for guys, transgender, and perverts. In the US we send perverts to prison not applaud them. There is no pride in sin. God says they are abominations and he will destroy them and none will enter heaven. They are Satan's ministers just like Target that now sale clothes with Satanic worship on them. They are Satan's ministers too like the Catholic organization of the false trinity, the pagan sun god worship.

For years I had a timeshare in Orlando...Twice a year I would take the kids to Disneyworld.We would start most days with breakfast at Cracker Barrel.Many nights we would return for dinner.It was our go to restaurant.Now 15 years later I live in Florida and have attempted to eat at Cracker Barrel several times. Every experience was horrible even the Chicken Pot Pie I was once addicted to was unedible. I will never go back again

I had the Thanksgiving meal today at Cracker Barrel/Daytona. The food was delicious, customer service always awesome at this restaurant. Thank you for serving on this special day. Kudos to all the staff for coming to work and feeding those of us who couldn't have a Thanksgiving meal at home b

The last few times that I went to the West Monroe, Louisiana Cracker Barrel the food was cold. I went there yesterday and getting a table was no problem. There were very few people there. However, I waited for 15 minutes and never saw a waitress or waiter. One lady told me their food was cold and another person wished me good luck on getting waited on. Neither had seen a waitress since their food had been delivered. I got up and left.

If I want grilled catfish I go to Cracker Barrel. But unfortunately, not anymore. They took it off the menu. The other fish they offer is trout, so I decided to get it. Boy, was I disappointed. It was oily and tasted like old fish. I will never order it again, that is if I ever go again. But, it will be a while to get over this terrible meal.

The one on dean Martin Dr. Las vegas, Nv. Is the worst ever, I have been to your restaurants across the U>S>, and the food was so bad, couldn, t eat most of it, the Dumplings were so big and thick, they weren't done in the middle and no juice on them at all, overall am so disappointed, Hopefully, maybe we might go to another some day or not, the manager stood around and talked to one customer. But tono one else.so bad we are seniors and just wasted our money.

My family and I went on a road trip from Miami to Orlando. We stopped at 4 Cracker barrel locations, asked if we vould be served outside because we traveled with our new puppy. None of the lications had servers for the outside tables. We ended up at other chains.

Highly disappointed. I was really looking forward to a good home cooked type meal and the chicken pieces were on the small side and a little on the dry side mashed potatoes was not a very hefty serving but that's OK they were cold anyway. Asked for biscuits they brought corn muffins went back brought biscuits but they were only two and they were hard as a rock. Ordered corn they were out of it so I got dumplings and I was not fond of them. The waitress is very nice and pleasant she was new so she had to go ask a few things and come back and tell us which was fine she I did the best she could with what she had to work with but the kitchen needs help! It'll be a very long time before I go back maybe after the pandemic things and start tasting better people will start doing a better job in the kitchen!

I place an order at 7:45 online. It stated my order will be ready at 8:14. I notified them I was there at 8:16. I later tried to call at 8:30 for status. They wouldn't answer the phone. I finally went in and my order is just sitting there. Five minutes later I called back to speak to the manager to inform them my food was cold. I hung up after put on hold for five minutes. The business has been the worst ever and I'm the insane one that keep going back thinking I'm going to get different results. Stay away from online ordering with them. Order 2149 2/24/2021 -

Date of purchase was 11/24/21. Food was fair but not great to say the least. I was very upset that none of the people working there as wearing a mask. Everytime the waiter came over I had to put it on. I talked to the manager who also was not wearing a mask. He said it was not required for them to do us by the higher ups. So sad that they do not care about their guest. WILL NOT GO AGAIN...

5 people waiter got order wrong on three of us one never got his order blamed it on the kitchen manager never came to address the problem ruined the whole night for us never ever will i go back to any cracked up barrel
