Thanksgiving Dinner

The worst we have ever had. Dressing not edible. Taste like saw dust. Sweet potatoes were bland. I won't waste my money here again.

Milford Cracker Barrel has always been a good place to go over the years. I live locally and decided to take my daughter for breakfast due to my cooking a huge family meal the night before. Arrived and got seated fairly quickly and the help were pleasant. Waiter was pleasant too. Ordered basic breakfast fair and a new Chicken and Waffle dish. All the food was fair and not very hot because they waited to serve us together so all the food on the plates were different temps and none of them hot. Wasn't going to complain and decided to just eat and enjoy. I dug into my eggs over easy and as I withdrew the fork from my mouth, I felt something tugging a little and proceeded to pull a blondish or grey wavy/curly (pube?) hair out of my mouth. I didn't bug out like a crazy person and asked for the manager. He arrived promptly and semi apologized but said he had no one with grey or blonde hair so it must have fallen off someone's clothing. I went and spoke to the manager on the side and asked him to explain his answer and he reiterated that there was no one on staff with that color hair cooking or serving. I again told him it was not ON my food, it was in my food underneath, otherwise I would have seen it and not put it in my mouth. He stuck to his guns and took the price of my breakfast off, I tipped the waiter $5 so he wasnt screwed out of the money either. I asked the same manager again for the district manager's name and phone number. I have been calling them for 2 days to speak with Angela Ramos at *******853 ext 8249 at their Tennessee HQ but apparently I find out that she does not take direct calls and her extension is unreachable. So I was sent to customer care or some department to have them deal with me and again, for 2 days no one has called me back. So The food situation is reprehensible and their management/customer service doesnt care apparently...might be why they are starting to close some their stores in some states? WILL NOT BE A PATRON OF THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN...a very dissatisfied ex-loyal fan of this establishment :(

It's a very LONG STORY, but to simplify it, a male employee who is either a dish washer/table cleaner. Caught him in the act of LEERING at my 4 year old granddaughter. Told our waitress who told the mgr on duty and his solution was "he isn't allowed back in dining room" really, that's your answer. At least 4 waitresses came to our table to tell us this guy has made them feel uncomfortable and has made lewd comments to them. There are minors working here and at least 2 of the waitresses who spoke with us said they were 17. I had to summon the mgr to come speak with us, he was being a coward and trying to avoid addressing this nightmare. He apologized and said "it's being handled" I told him you are going to have lawsuits on your hands because of this creep. I told him this wasn't over by any means. Plainfield PD was notified and officer referred it to the child crimes unit. After 20 times of trying or so I finally got someone from corporate to call me back. Absolutely NO ONE would call me back, I remained diligent and just started calling anyone and everyone at the corp office. Lady in their "risk management" dept called me back and I told the ENTIRE story. Was out $125 and we were celebrating a family event that evening and it turned so ugly. They did refund my money, we will NEVER be patrons of the Plainfield Indiana store. I told the risk mgt person they are going to have lawsuits on their hands if they don't address this immediately. She assured me they will thoroughly investigate. Had a mother of a young waitress that works there private message me to tell me that this guy makes her daughter uncomfortable and others have complained to the mgt there and NO ONE seems to care. Im hoping my story and my diligence will change that for all employees there. Watch your children at all times, these MONSTERS ARE VERY REAL AND OUT THERE.

Racist Abby

Hello...my name is Erica and I experienced racism at its best at the Cracker Barrel on 1855 W Diehl Rd in Naperville Illinois ******* by "Debby" on of the stores co managers. When requested to help with an inquiry about some store products that were CLEARLY LABELED 40% off...Debby did not try to provide any assistance when I requested an inquiry and just reached down to remove the sign that was posted...as if this would solve the problem of me asking what was 40%. Once I realized that she has ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST in helping me I then asked to speak to her manager. I then witnessed Debby take the same basket to the register and proceed to scan each item...the very same basket of items I was inquiring about. Brad her manger came over and I went on to explain my inquiry about signs that were posted and how rude Debby's customer service skills were and what I had witness her do when she removed the sign. While still speaking with Brad...Debby walks over and proceeds to place the basket that she removed back on the shelf and when Brad inquired about what was 40% off...she IMMEDIATELY KNEW and gave him a response...this was the same exact question that I had and "Debby" ABSOLUTELY had no clue! I then proceeded to call Debby out and say to her..." now you know whats 40% off and she ignores my comment and IMMEDIATELY acts like the VICTIM and states to Brad that she needs to go to the back and walked away. Brad then apologizes for Debby...a grown person...which I stated wasn't something he should have to do. Brad did try to smooth things over but a person like Debby and her racist behavior should not be tolerated at Cracker Barrel.My family and I went there to celebrate my daughters birthday but instead I experienced Racism at its best with Debby.

Terrível service

Terrible service. We waited for over half an hour before being served, and the waiter told us our dishes had been sent to another table. When they finally got it right and brought our food to us, it was cold. This is the second complaint I'm making about this location in Brighton, Michigan. After the first complaint, I was sent a voucher for a free meal, which I had no interest in using. Message to customer service: please do not send me another voucher to try and make up for the poor service. Save it for customers who are willing to return — because I won't be coming back.

Absolutely the wort customer service! After speaking to Ashley the store manager I had made a grave mistake. I recently had spinal surgery and not able to drive. I ordered through door dash. Door dash did their part, they delivered the order. The problem is that items were left out of the order. The receipt that I have attached shows that all items were checked off. Not true. Store manager claims she is helpless. I chatted with two different associates and they only wanted to throw "comp" meal. I never asked for that. I also emailed and Bertha responded stating that she can't give a refund. I NEVER asked for a refund she apparently just assumes that will pacify me. Not true. Due to all this mess I will no longer dine with cracker barrel. It's not worth the stress.

Overall the food is pretty good if you can get a server that pays attention to your order, I waited 45 minutes for scrambled eggs and toast. The prices there have gone ridiculously high, and the service has gone ridiculously down hill.
