Cracker Barrel

I ordered on Grubhub— was charged $8 for a piece of ham half the size of my hand. Fried pickles were soft and awful. Will never visit again.

So went to Mount Arlington location. Alwaye felt chain was honest and gave good quality for the money. New menu these guys are now conmen. I will alway pay an honest price and not complain. So ordered a mail and added a side of ham. On menu it said 3.19 for ham, but I was charged 6.99. Looked at menu to see what was up. No where on the menu did it tell you the price of the side alone. Only the cost of side if you subsituted it instead something else. If the menu any place said the price to add the side alone its fine. Then on top of that my wifes bacon was cold, here hot apple side was cold, my has brown casorol was not cooked rihgt and oil from the flavoring sperated and tasted bad. Go elsewhere and get what you pay for!

Cracker Barrel in Fort Wayne Alabama is convenient for breakfast off of Route 59. The service is good, the food is good BUT the coffee is terrible. My wife and I were served on December 9,2023.

I received a gift card ($20)from my employer with several different choices of restaurants. I chose Crackle Barrel because I usually love their food. Myself, my mother, my son and my nephew went around 3 on 9-30-23. After a 45+ minute wait, 3 of the four meals came out wrong and/or incomplete. When we told the waitress (Glenda) she snapped that she'd get it. It took 2 more times to get our completed orders to the table. The biscuits were cold and slightly hard, my son's bacon was hard and black and his gravy was cold. He only ate his scrambled eggs. My hamburger steak was not only hard, crunchy and burnt, it was scorched through and through and completely inedible. The onions on top were burnt black on one side but completely uncooked otherwise. The mashed potatoes were cold, not lukewarm but cold and I just didn't care for the taste of the coleslaw as the recipe has apparently changed in the last 2 months. The waitress made numerous trips by the table and even brought my son a refill while our plates sat there full. She never asked at all if anything was wrong although it was quite apparent it was and after her earlier response to our request for the rest of our orders, I did not want another scene. My mom and nephew both are their meals for the most part but only said they were edible, not good. The total was $55.27 and when I paid, the gentleman asked how everything was. I told him that mine and my son's meal were still on the table and why. He said he'd let them know. This was the worst service and food I have ever had in my 51 years of life and the only bad review I've ever given. I'm attaching a picture of the receipt and the food I left in my plate.

Cracker barrel sucks server was rude manager rude they served us no spoons for coffee I will not be back and overpriced calling corporate

Sat there for almost 30 minutes being ignored asked several times for my pick up order, NO ONE HELPED ME. It was there the whole time! Plainfield Indiana

THE COUNTRY FRIED STEAK WAS TUFF AND NO GRAVE ON IT, HAD TOO MAKE MY OWN. SALAD GREENS WER NOT CUT UP. I DON'T KNOW HOW OLD THE CORN BREAD WAS BUT IT WAS DRY EVEN WITH BUTTER ON IT.

I have always loved Cracker Barrel. And as we have to drive 60 mls to the nearest one... I always look forward to dining there... I always get the same meal... Country fried shrimp dinner. Its always been amazing. As well as the service. Tonight was definitely the exception to the rule! The girl left us sit for several minutes before she came over... We told her No problem... She didn't ask if we wanted cornbread or biscuits with our meals. That was fine. She brought biscuits. They were good... My fiance got the fish dinner and it was good... but my shrimp. Looked and tasted like it had been fried 2 times. Too done. I had told her we needed catsup. She didn't bring. About 7 min. Later. I had to get up. Go to the door of kitchen and tell her my shrimp was too over cooked and couldn't eat it... She asked if I wanted more dropped. I said yes. She brought out a plate with more a few minutes later... standing in grease and same as previous... She said it must be because the grease was old from the day... Can't be true my fiancees fish... was nicely cooked and not at all like old grease... The waitress name was Kayla and she seemed completely uncaring and I ay this time will not be making the 60 ml trip for food that was inedible! This was in Altoona Pa.

About a month ago, we visited Cracker Barrel at Indiana state. Despite I am the costumer, that experience wasn't pleasant in terms of the service, quality and responsibility. The visit time was early January 2022, means still COVID19 is every where. There wasn't any sanitizing solution anywhere at that restaurant and not able to clean our table since we had a seat right after the previous costumer and we didn't see any specific cleaning. The spoon, knife and fork were wet and you see dirty (yellowish) drop of solution on those steel kitchen utensil. I asked the waitress and she said sorry will change it but she forgot. We had a meal for lunch. A burger and a home style chicken, burger meat smelled really bad and the chicken was too dry to chew. We ended up not eating and at the reception desk we said what was the problem. The reception desk said "sorry". We paid and we left. I sent a private email with photos to "*******@crackerbarrel.com" on Jan 3,2022. However still no respond. After seeing this I wanna say you don care about your costumers, you don't care about how you must behave during Covid, you basically care about money and that's all.
I am not going to Cracker Barrel again ever.

The waitress says you can only have the one little bowl of gravy with your meal. Not enough to cover one biscuit. I guess I'll need to go elsewhere.
