Cracker Barrel

The turkey breast looked like a slab of ribs, the gravy was chicken broth with celery. Most of my Thanksgiving dinner was ruined. DO NOT ORDER YOUR HOLIDAY MEAL FROM HERE! WAS HORRIBLE!

First we had 11 in our party it took them almost an hour to seat us. We had to ask them if we can get our drinks after 10min. Of waiting, then when they brought our orders out I had to send it back becaues it was cold I had pancakes it was so cold the butter wouldnt melt, had to ask the manager to reheat them. After all that i went to pay my bill and they would not refund my change because of a shortage of coins they said the bank didnt have any which is a lie, i went to the bank and they do not have a shortage of coins so that means they LIED and was stealing money, most people who eat there are on fixed incomes SO HOW MUCH ARE THEY STEALING FROM US. THE STORE WAS ON DRAKE AVE IN HUNTSVILLE ALABAMA.

We found egg shells in our eggs and a bad waitress and they forgot some of our food like what is this place

Upper Management. VP and DM are all greedy and unprofessional. The company strives for negative culture.

Food all cold. Processed Turkey hard, cold and no flavor. Out of green beans. No pies available. No price break. Very disappointed after 2 hour wait

We went to Cracker Barrel and was seated and the table was dirty so we moved tables to sit by the window after nobody helped us for a good 6 to 8 minutes I went and told the Hostess that we had moved tables but were only three tables down it wasn't busy none of that but we still continue to sit there while not one of your employees approached us but yet they did all walk out and look at us sitting over there and finally after we had been there 24 minutes a gentleman tall with red hair came over to us and apologized for the rest of the wait staff and he acknowledged that they knew we were all sitting there and they were just being difficult they didn't want to help us like we were a burden on them but he asked us if we would mind to move to his section and we did we had no problem with that and he gave us excellent service and continue to apologize for the rest of the wait staff Behavior so it took us about 25 minutes nothing just sitting there at the table while everybody else walks by and looks at us but doesn't help or even approach and say anything to us.

The young host was polite, kind, and helpful. All of the people at the register were as well. You couldn't ask for better,

Now there being jerks they gave us the wrong food and then they hit us and some mean lady sat her crying kid next to us

What are the duties of a hostess?
Google tells us that Hostesses (or hosts) assist with meeting, greeting, and seating restaurant guests. They also help provide an enjoyable dining experience by ensuring that customers have everything they need. They may manage reservations, set tables, take drink orders, and provide items like crayons, coloring books, and snacks. Here is my story... we arrived early so we would be sure to get a table. We were advised we could not be seated because half of our party had yet to arrive. We requested again and the hostess left and camee back with a second hostess whom refused to seat us as well. My husband then asked if we could have a table for 2 and then let us move when the rest of our party arrives or we can pull up another table. Hostess#2 seated us. But the hostility and indifference she had was felt. To the point where I called my friend whom was in from out of town to see if she would be willing to change restaurants. I found out that she had the same idea and had arrived early. She was in the lobby browsing. I immediately went to the lobby and asked hostess#2 if we could be seated now? With ugliness and sarcasm she said to me.I thought you were seated as a party of 2?. Then she looked away from me and unknowing my friend was the woman she had directed her attention to asked her how many. My friend told her 7 and the hostess #2 immediately began seating. The whole thing was uncalled for. The food was delicious. The server was kind professional and did a great job. The hostess left little to be desired when it came to courtesy and being a good hostess. If I had my way I would have spoken with a corporate manager over this because it is as I was advised the general policy. I understand guidelines. But when you are in the restaurant business your real business is people. I don't know if I will go back to the cracker barrel in Conroe Texas as this was such a bad experience.

Menu is wrong on the net so all's I can is me and my mom got sick and I am still sick if you know what i mean.

We ordered French toast and got it over and hour later and when we got it it was undercooked! This is really outrageous!
