I'm normally happy to provide feedback, but since receiving my outdoor curtains, I have been receiving almost daily emails asking me to confirm delivery, but I cannot simply confirm delivery without also submitting 'feedback'. So here goes, and my first item of feedback is that this email is somewhat misleading.
I had thought my interaction with Covers and All was positive, but now I'm forced to complete this form, I realise that it was not, and I was provided with conflicting information regarding their capability. Specifically, I was told they were able to sew vertical zippers into my outdoor vinyl curtains, and so I spent much time on the design of my mobility scooter shelter based on this fact, but having done so I then tried to order, but was told that this was not possible! What a waste of my time.
So after some redesign I ordered three separate curtains, and noted that they cannot simply cut to the size I require, but can add up to 5 cm to the dimensions I provide, and the upshot of this is that I now need to take them to a seamstress who can reduce them to the sizes that I want.
To brief the seamstress on the type of material I revisited the Covers&All web site to get the specification of the material I ordered. But those (not so clever) webbots have detected this activity and, as well as receiving daily requests to confirm receipt of my order, I also now receive daily propmpts for me to 'complete' my order.

From the moment I ordered the product I was kept informed of production and the status of the order.
I ordered a large tarpaulin, with it being personalised I was a little worried about the way the writing would be displayed. A day or two after placing the order I received an example of what the lettering would look like, I wanted a slight change which was done the next day with another example emailed to me. When I gave my approval to this design it was dispatched and arrived a few days later. The tarpaulin is of a very high standard, and I would recommend this company to anyone. The were superb to deal with from start to finish
