Ordered in September still not received. It's 21st December not an awful lot of communication from the company. I've had to chase over 3 times. I appreciate we're in unprecedented times. But a bit of communication wouldn't go amiss
The order already had the longest projected Delivery time that I had experienced with any online order - ever! But then to be told of a further delay was unacceptable. I haven't checked out dates to record this delay - but a month or whatever end to end. I should have cancelled the order and gone elsewhere or - I have the means to hand to make my own make-shift cover to keep firewood dry for a whole month during a period of exceptional monsoon rain conditions!

There seems to be some confusion with a repeat order that I placed for an umbrella cover. My original order was for a 8" dia cover, which was perfect, upon reordering, the default ( and for some reason I was charged almost double the price) had changed from diameter to circumference, I had no idea that this was so. Unfortunately I now have a cover that would not fit on a pole. Disappointingly Covers & All have no interest in a replacement or a respectable discount offer upon reordering a replacement.
I ordered a bespoke cover for my outdoor work table and it fits like a glove... so very happy with the quality and fit. Now for the negative. I ordered the cover to arrive on a specific date for which I had to pay a premium. I was then informed that delivery is delayed using Covid as the reason. I contacted them and requested a refund of the extra amount I had to pay which they duly did. The point however is that if their production line cannot cope because of Covid restrictions they shouldn't be offering this service in the first place. I wanted to order three more covers from them for delivery before Christmas but decided not to go ahead given my experience mentioned above. It is a pity as the product itself is very good.
Built an outdoor bar back in May ordered the covers in August but did not get them until December. The covers look good so no issues there just wait time. I was told this was due to COVID social distance rules what ever.
