Communications were slow and difficult and despite a lot of questions (from you) and answers (from me) and a lot of clear pictures and measurements, the covers are somewhat oversized - e.g. they trail on the floor when you received clear instructions and measurements that should not have given this result. Despite this the covers are well made and the material is very weather proof.

Fantastic made to measure rear car seat cover for protection against muddy paws! Had to wait a while for delivery, but it was well worth it. The sofa cover I already had was of such poor quality - stiff, ugly, and so impossibly hard to remove and replace that I never used the sofa. 15 mins on the phone the Coversand all and 4 days later, I received a good quality, well fitting and attractive cover. It looks good on the sofa and is so easy to remove I can now use the sofa stress free!

The cover should have been 195long x95 wide and 9 deep the one sent was 195x95 doubled over. Should have been a table top cover, the one sent will not fit.

Delivery date missed by about 10 days and little to no communication. Online chat as unable to speak to a person. Realised once it was dispatched it had been made in India rather than UK so disappointing. Overall not a company I will be ordering from again.
