Great purchase

Having a cover like this that fits the table perfectly, and can be removed and put back on in moments is so much better than the cumbersome cover we have for the winter. I measured the table exactly, and I probably ought to have allowed a little bit of 'give', but it's absolutely fine…. Fits like a glove. I was worried the corners would fail being so tight, but so far so good! Only issue is that it came from India… not my most environmentally friendly purchase unfortunately.

As with my 1st order all went well till delivery, they gave a date and both times turned up unannounced 4days early with no notification, driver said I should have had email but I didn't. Won't stop me using them again the product was perfect in both cases, so now peace of mind for winter

I contacted Covers and All about the issue with the oversized sail, mentioning the misleading information on the website, but all I got back was "It's not our fault ". I contacted them again noting my disappointment and their lack of accountability for the misleading information, the reply then was to reorder and they would give a 25% discount, which was actually available to anyone. I advise them of the somewhat empty offer, to which they said they would give an extra £35 of store credit. I cannot bring myself to spend more money with a company that cannot accept accountability for their misleading information.

I found this great in principle but lengthy and although responses resulted in a product that is good the actual communications were drawn out and I got the impression from the responses that language may have been the thing that created the delays, as many time my words were not understood and many times I found that I had to repeat the comments in further comms
