Ordered a bbq cover from covers and all and as expected the cover arrived exactly to the dimensions I requested. I say as expected because I had previously purchased a cover from them for our garden table and chairs which like this bbq cover was a perfect fit and made from the same robust, waterproof material.

I found the communication poor with the company as the items didn't arrive on the date stated on my email, I rang the company only to be told they were not ready! Rang again and given a new date for delivery which they did arrive on the said date but was a little too late after the event that I wanted to use them for. One of the cushions was marked upon arrival so had to be cleaned before being used!

Great product and well made. First class service, I made a mistake when I measured my BBQ, this error was picked up by the staff, who sent me a query email, it was then that I saw my mistake which I rectified. I cannot fault Covers & All UK and have no reservations in recommending their products.

So far so good. More expensive than I thought, but hopefully will be worth it.
These covers look very strong and well made. They look good and very substantial. If I have one small criticism, it would be the drawcords at the bottom. They are quite hard to pull tight.

Order one cover for our new patio set. Putting in the measurements online and choosing the different options was very easy. Cover arrived in a reasonable of time and are very happy with it.

Delayed twice and significantly delayed, each time we had to chase. The second delivery date was missed as the covers hadn't even been made it!

I ordered a large outside cushion cover for a dog bed. It arrived sooner than expected and was made to a very high standard and fitted perfectly. I found the product to be good value for money.
I have previously ordered dog crate covers from the company and these are also great. Wipeable and were not at all expensive compared to some other options on the market. A very good company to deal with. 5*

Good quality material and the ability to order the exact size for your needs. I've used my cover to create an awning in front of my garage so that I can keep working just outside the door when I am busy. No more looking at the incoming weather - I can carry on now without having to pack up my tools! BLISS!

The emails which were so frequent at first kept giving me a 'new' delivery date which was always the 7th May! We stayed home all day and nothing arrived and no email either. After a few days of zero communication from the company I rang a british phone number and got through to somewhere in India. The lady was trying to help, however I struggled to understand her English. I grasped that she said my goods were still being made and 'maybe' 24th may they come! On 20th May I finally received an email with the delivery date of 10th May! Fortunately the email informed me that UPS were delivering and I was able to track my parcel, which did arrive 24th May! The goods are good quality.

We received the cushion covers for our garden chairs and couldn't be more delighted.! The quaity of the fabric and workmanship just great. Great Customer service would buy again and recommend in a heartbeat!

Very good, website a bit confusing, but got it in the end

Shopping experience on website was fine. But the product it's self was very poor. The fabric has no give in it and is nothing like what the pictures show. It's very much like a hessian fabric. Very disappointed and would really send the item back normally.

Item received was of good quality and looks good.
More communication would be lovely but the goods were great

We were given a two week delivery date, the covers never arrived on the date given so I had to call to track them only to be told they were still in the warehouse being made as the fabric had been out of stock, this then added another week and a half wait time. I ordered 15 covers, When they arrived they were wrapped in a tight ball of plastic and when opened were so creased I had to steam all 15 front and back as they looked so terrible. The covers themselves are really nice and I am happy with the quality but the wait time, the lack of communication and the state they arrived in was disappointing, especially for the price I paid.
