Easy to order. Chose the fabric, measured my cushions and placed the order. Really pleased with the quality. One thing I did notice on arrival of my covers, they were quite smelly but after 4 days out in the garden the smell is fading.

Took more than a month to complete order, then given a delivery date, which was to be signed for, So I remained at home for three days until it eventually arrived.

With regard to the drawstrings, we offer several tie down options to choose from while placing your order. Grommets are recommended for windy areas so that in addition to the tie down we provide, you can use a rope to further secure the cover. Per the reference picture you attached and the size of the cover ordered, the drawstrings we have provided should be sufficient. Kindly ensure they are pulled taut to secure the cover firmly. Your order is for a Custom Triangle Sun Shade and the final shape of the product is shown in the example pictures. Your order confirmation email lists the size you have ordered. Kindly compare the measurements with the size of the sail you have received. Website for ordering was reasonably easy to navigate and order the correct size required. We were given an estimated delivery date but could pay for express delivery. We decided to pay for express delivery because it was for a newly refurbished shop which was due to open. We got confirmation of our order and we thought all would be ok. We waited, and waited and waited about 10 days after the due date we decided to email and ask where the cover was. It took less than 24hrs to get a reply and guess what it had been dispatched and we now had a tracking number. We looked it up and found the cover was coming from India and was now in a dock in India. When we ordered the cover we believed it was already in the UK and was made in the UK. It took a further 2 weeks to arrive. Had we known it wasn't being made in the country we wouldn't have ordered it. We had been misled by Cover & All UK. Will never use again

Works well to cover our prysm skylight. However, delivery expected 18th then changed to 24th which changed on the morning of 24th to 28th. Went for the tuff (extreme weather) material so real test will be if it doesn't get blown off in strong weather
