It was easy to describe the covers wanted - sizes etc. They arrived on the day that they said they would and we were delighted with them. The material is so much better than our previous covers and much easier to put on and off as the zip covered two sides.
Easy to order, very well made and the covers fitted well even though cushions are difficult to measure. I would recommend specifying exactly which side should have the zip on as unfortunately the zips on the seat covers for our chairs have been placed on the wrong edge (the side rather than the back) so you can see the end of the zip on the front. Apart from this we are extremely pleased with the quality of the covers. We chose the light brown which looks lovely with dark brown rattan furniture. Strongly recommend.
When the company providing the goods extends a delivery date and then fa's to contact the customer in my opinion this is poor practice. Chasing delivery at 7.30pm and to be fobbed off is unacceptable. The goods arrived 4 days late for the event I had planned.
Very good fits perfectly. It took quite a bit of time to be made and delivered but nevertheless the cover is well made, good quality and I am very pleased with it.

A bit confusing as couldn't find a "continue shopping" button as I needed covers for back and base of chairs. Covers fitted well, though, as the back cushions were an awkward shape. Pattern guides were very small and didn't give a very accurate picture of how it would look full size

The site was easy to navigate, the options are extensive, the whole process was very smooth. I ordered two vinyl cover for machinery in my workshop, one rectangular the other cylinder. They are such good quality and very well made.

Was emailed with a date for delivery, did not arrive, called customer service to be told that the system was down and they would call back in 1-2 hours, still waiting for call. Went in on line chat, better service after a manager called BUT STILL WAITING for my 10% refund to be paid! Surprisingly after speaking to a manager my covers arrived in a few days

As mentioned on the product page, these screens are available in 130 GSM mesh fabric with approx 90% (Black) & 85% (Olive Green) transparency ratio. The colour we have shipped is indeed black; due to the perforations it may not look jet black.

Excellent service, accuracy and quality. I needed a large transparent side wall for an oak frame outbuilding with a very specific cut-out in one corner, so I was a little concerned they'd get it right. After sending my requirements they sent me back a drawing of the proposed side wall, which gave me chance to change a small detail. Five days later the side wall arrived in perfect condition and exactly as per the drawing. Ordering bespoke items online is always a little concerning but I would not hesitate to order from them again based on my experience. And the pricing is pretty good too!
When we arranged to get a cover made for a unique style of table, we had assumed there would be some extra material as the dimensions were pretty awkward. We sent a photo and the dimensions we were happy with. Cover & All replied several times to ensure the cover was totally perfect. It arrive and we were delighted, really exceeded our expectations!
