Easy to order with no problems for delivery. Items came vacuum packed so they needed to rest before I could use them but this was only 24hrs or so, not a problem. 5* from me

Good quality cover

We have a garden seat made from a whisky cask, there are lots of distilleries around where we live. It needed a waterproof cover so it can stay outside on the veranda over winter. Ordering was easy, and the product is robust with covered vents to deal with moisture build up inside the cover from condensation. A good product well thought out.

Missing chain and no instructions

One chain was missing and I feel that this should have been replaced straight away, instead I was asked to privide a video of packaging etc which will not show something that wasnt there. Also no instructions were included
