Product ordered and paid for in full. Delivery date give, long since passed. No one could give me an update on where my goods have got to, or when I might see them. The customer service desk werent any help, telling me I had to send an email to another department.
Wanted a specific sized sail to fit in a space where sunlight comes through. Ordered one from the site and was contacted within 24 hours just to confirm the correct size (my measurements were slightly off). Once confirmed it took a few weeks for it to arrive but the quality is very impressive. Would recommend.

We had a custom bar built for our new outside space, which had electrics and two fridges built in under the workspace, then a step up type breakfast bar, so it was not a standard shape. We sent some photos / drawings - we asked for some mesh area to allow air flow for the fridges. The quoting process was easy with a couple of back and forth. The end result was a perfectly fitting cover, of really good quality and very quick turnaround and a great price. We were serious impressed and would recommend using this company

The design took several attempts for the drawing to be updated with correct dimensions, photo's and additional drawings but final result was worth it. Delivery was delayed by a week but no real issues.
Guidance could be better on bespoke covers as the standard drawing was not appropriate as my L shaped sofa had a 90 degree angle in the corner and the drawing showed a radius corner on the inside and outside

You don't always get what you pay however in this case I most certainly did. An excellent product well designed and manufactured. I had high expectations and they were met. I thoroughly recommend Covers & All.

Having bought Outback & Webber BBQ brands own covers - at considerably higher prices in the past which were poor quality and didn't last - this time for my new BBQ I ordered a cover from Cover & All UK. My make and model was a standard option so made things easy. We live up a hillside in Scotland so I went fo the most durable fabric and with clips as well as a draw string. The cover arrived far quicker than expected. It had obviously been made and shipped from India which was never mentioned on the website. I have no problem with this but it was billed as Cover & All UK. Some of the stitching is not perfect and the cover, which is a heavy vinyl, looked cracked along the fold lines but it seems to have settle down now its on the BBQ and has been out in the sun - and the rain. Huge zipped pocket on the front and metal eyes under handle cover on each side presumably to allow it to breath? Good features but not mentioned on website. Fabric looks to be very durable and is considerably better quality than any previous covers. For the price we paid I am very happy with he cover and the service.

The delivery date on your order was 22 June; your order was shipped on 14 June and should have reached you by the promised date. However, it seems to have been delayed or lost in transit.
Though we use global shipping leaders DHL/FedEx/UPS for delivery, we are sure you understand that once the package is handed over to the carrier we have no control over it. However, we accept full responsibility for delivering the product to you safely and are here to help with any delivery issues that arise.
Upon receiving your complaint on 22 June we did escalate this to our account manager at UPS requesting a trace. We have also copied you on that email. A trace request can take up to 7 business days to be completed.
Since there was no progress on the trace, on 1 July we initiated a replacement and also notified you by email. We see that the replacement was delivered on 9 July and trust that you are satisfied with your custom cushion covers. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to write back.
