Easy ordering and arrived well before estimated delivery date.

I am so happy with my new covers, the service was great as was the communication throughout. I received my covers really quickly and they look brilliant.

Just a few measurements and few more clicks and we were done

I'm pleased with the product, I'm pleased with the price - and I am VERY pleased with the customer service. They helped me resolve an error on the shipping address (my mistake) after the product was shipped. Well done to all the team - especially their courier FedEx.

As we had just bought a new garden dining set I needed a heavy duty cover as all the previous ones lasted about 2 years and then were no longer waterproof. I choose the heavy duty Cover Max and looks to have been a good choice as it looks and feels heavy duty.

Good points:
-> Material is heavy duty which am hoping will give long term protection.
-> variety of materials (Light, medium and heavy weight) with corresponding cost tiers.
-> Speed of delivery - You can pay for speedier delivery but I opted for standard delivery and was quoted 14 days but it arrived much earlier and I was kept informed of the shipment throughout.
-> Price was not much more than equivalent covers that I searched for.

Points to improve on:
-> Most of the world has gone metric since a long time yet the website makes you enter measurements in inches. Nowadays a website should be able to convert from metric to imperial.
-> Leaving a review from the website should be a really easy process, yet the chat bot on the website is unhelpful. If you want to verify that this is a genuine review then by all means let me leave a review after logging into the website like Amazon do.

Ordered patio curtains with grommets along the top and velcro loops on each side, I even phoned to make sure that the loops were for going around the posts which was confirmed, when they arrived they didn't have loops but self adhesive velcro strips down each side full length, which you have to stick onto the posts, not what I ordered.

Delivered as promised in timely mannerist. Used for covering leakfull shed roof. Seems to be good quality. Very strong large eyelets, handy for stretchmode, as it comes folded in a Square. Deep joy

Good company to deal with when ordering and the cover is in place and a fantastic fit plus very sturdy the way it's constructed. I am really pleased with the decision going with this company.

Although this was my second attempt ( I must have given the wrong measurements with first order so double check!) I'm very pleased with my outdoor table cover. Well made, fits well and second order was very quick in arriving

Site was comprehensive, and still easy to navigate and find what i wanted. It was very helpful with sizing guides and options, introducing ideas i had not thought of.

Easy to follow instructions throughout the whole site, excellent updates as to when covers expected. Really excited when they arrived early.

Very easy to order, the price was good and the cover fitted perfectly.

Ordering no problem, as was asked if the sizes WERE correct and checking one was wrong.So good that the company is making sure. I was confused with the address of the company as it says its a holding in company in the UK, so I called them and a lady explained that the covers are made in Atlanta.
So how is it the package came from Asia?

My item was not made to the size l had requested. The item did not have any leeway ( as promised). The customer service was distant. Getting info from this firm was difficult
