With the patio sofa being a corner unit, Cover & All UK clarified the corner dimension before making the cover which is a perfect fit.
Needed two covers for my gazebo, only ordered one as to find out the quality. I ordered the clear see through screen, quality is 100% as is the workmanship, I paid extra for webbing and gromits a d for quicker delivery, arrived on time, I'm now awaiting the second one as I ordered it as soon as my first one arrived, overall 10 put of 10. Would have no hesitation in ordering again.
The item purchased is very good but unfortunately I could not purchase it until I found the curtain hooks to fit the runners inside of my gazebo. When I asked if these were supplier was told they would not be a simple check on the Internet found them and they were delivered prior to the delivery of this product.
It seems rather strange to me that knowing that such a product needs the hooks, to hang the curtains that you would not at least have some form of facility available or information where they could be purchased.

Sadly, the order confirmation email suggests that the tiedown opted for the umbrella/parasol covers was split velcro with grommets; hence, the cover was made per the ordered specifications. Covers&All reserves the right to make alterations to its website, content, promotions and terms of use from time to time, but we surely go by the record and do uphold a request or rectify an error subject to the evidence available in our records. Unfortunately, as there is no indication of a zipper being requested for the said order, we are unable to offer a free replacement with the zippered tiedown or a refund to any degree.

Brilliant from start to finish really accommodating, I had made a mistake on my order and they quickly rectified it. Item arrived early and is amazing quality really comfy and looks worth 3 or 4 times what I paid so overall super happy would definitely use again!

After our premium fitted bbq cover from another manufacturer literally fell apart after a couple of summers worth of sun, we chose covers & all. The new cover is fantastic, great material, and fit. The zipped front makes getting on a doddle.
