Considering they are made-to-measure, the service was surprisingly quick. Having sanded down and re-oiled my picnic table and benches, I needed to protect them from rain and pigeon poop so they would keep their just-restored look. These covers are very substantial, they are not going to rip and should last for years. I chose the elastic option. The last thing I needed was for them to be more trouble than they were worth. In fact they really easy and quick to put on or take off.
Cover arrived to the wrong measurements. My logo was printed to a sewn on patch of material on the cover.
The size was wrong even tho I gave the measurements exactly.
Poor advice by the online chat also resulted in the cover being unsuitable.
I wanted a refund. It takes 2 or 3 days to get a reply.

I can't remember the details but I recall having a huge problem working through the online questionnaire in order to place the orders. I eventually found a live person to help and even then we still got it wrong. A credit of £76.07 is due. I was buying on someone else's behalf and I have to frequently ask if the credit has come through. So far he hasn't seen the statement: order placed on 23 June. Today: 9 July. Can't you do what some companies do: they put the payment in a suspense account until the product is ready for despatch? This way the right amount is known and the product is known to be ready.
