Received a quality product to the exact specifications that I ordered

Arrived next day, fits a treat, very happy with my purchase

Very straight forward. Ordered product, they got back to me to confirm design etc. Slight query dealt with Very well. Delivered sooner than expected and in good condition. The order was an experiment for possible future orders for covers for my dj gear. Overall Very happy.

Very easy to order and get the right size and quickly delivered - arriving way before the furniture it was designed to cover so haven't had the chance to try it out yet!

Pleasantly surprised when a rep called and went over some "missed details" that turned my sceptical decision into a very positive feeling. It's good to know that there are still companies about who really care about their end product.

Considering they are made-to-measure, the service was surprisingly quick. Having sanded down and re-oiled my picnic table and benches, I needed to protect them from rain and pigeon poop so they would keep their just-restored look. These covers are very substantial, they are not going to rip and should last for years. I chose the elastic option. The last thing I needed was for them to be more trouble than they were worth. In fact they really easy and quick to put on or take off.

Cover arrived to the wrong measurements. My logo was printed to a sewn on patch of material on the cover.
The size was wrong even tho I gave the measurements exactly.
Poor advice by the online chat also resulted in the cover being unsuitable.
I wanted a refund. It takes 2 or 3 days to get a reply.

Still waiting.

Every thing turned up exactly the sizes i asked for and they kept me informed about when they would turn up.

Really good quality made covers thick material and strong zip- just the colour we wanted charcoal!

I can't remember the details but I recall having a huge problem working through the online questionnaire in order to place the orders. I eventually found a live person to help and even then we still got it wrong. A credit of £76.07 is due. I was buying on someone else's behalf and I have to frequently ask if the credit has come through. So far he hasn't seen the statement: order placed on 23 June. Today: 9 July. Can't you do what some companies do: they put the payment in a suspense account until the product is ready for despatch? This way the right amount is known and the product is known to be ready.

We ordered outdoor curtains to go around our hot tub for the winter months, the product is fantastic quality, we would have no doubts to order from them again.

Great help on determining the exact measurements to make for a custom fit sail/awning. The shape needed was not a rectangle due to the nature of the decking design. Product arrived and is fantastic quality.

Very quick and efficient service. Great communication and helped with my bespoke cover requirements. They arrived a week early and were exactly what I'd hoped for. The fit to my existing cushions was perfect and the cover material was really nice and thick. Good quality zips and stitching as you'd expect.

I needed 4 covers that were well fitting and heavy duty. We get hammered by wind here and so precious covers haven't worked.
The team got in touch with questions re the shape of furniture and adjusted my initial measurements with some great improvements.
The covers have arrived and fit snugly and look great. We're delighted.
