Rubbish - no overhang as mentioned when you work out your sizing. If I had known it was going to be cut to the exact dimensions, I would have allowed a tolerance but their website claimed that 2" would be factored in.

I was a little sceptical after reading reviews after I had placed my order, however my sail arrived 10 days before expected! The material is a great quality, and the sewing is a very good standard. I worried as all 3 sides had different measurements, wether it would fit correctly, but it does and it looks fantastic.
Followed directions are measured the area, allowing for the measurement added by the company we ordered slightly smaller. It arrived and fits perfectly. Just what it says on the tin.
We ordered an 8ft circular Tarp in White to cover the apex aperture of our Yurt for heavy rain conditions.

I was at first not sure about ordering as I thought I could get cheaper covers elsewhere. I decided to go for it after a family member recommended covers and all. I can not fault the service - really easy to input measurements and within hours they had got back to me to confirm measurements and ask for a couple more details. Delivery was really quick and the covers are fantastic quality. They fit the furniture really well and go on and off very easily.
I measured the covers and sent the details and before work was started a confirmation email was sent from the company to confirm this. I realized I had made a slight mistake and corrected this and the second measurements were taken with no problems. I also found that after ordering the covers there was a discount for first orders. I contacted the company and this was taken off as a refund. The covers arrived promptly before proposed delivery date and are good quality and a perfect fit. I am quite surprised at some of the negative reviews

This is the third table cover I've tried because they keep ripping. I paid extra for the most weather proof cover. This is thick & very waterproof. I was able to get the exact size deisgned. I think this is going to last a long time. It was very quick despite the bespoke nature & there was good communication.

Mark, we are sorry to note your disappointment with the product. Our page for Pergola Covers does give an indication of how the finished product might look like. It's a tarp like fabric that's used to cover the roof of a Pergola. Our product page tells that a leeway would be added to the overall width or depth but this does not refer to an overhang. However, given that your product was manufactured to ordered dimensions, and without the suggested leeway we would be happy to reimburse 10% of the product cost which can either be offered as a store credit or as reimbursed to your payment instrument.
