Hello Barbara. We are sorry to learn that your experience with us has not been satisfactory.
From your email dated 15 July we understand that you inadvertently entered the wrong measurements and wished to stop the production of your cover until new measurements were provided.
We understand this can happen when ordering online. Hence, each order confirmation email carries this recommendation:
"Please check the details of your order. In case of any changes, kindly inform us within 2 hours of placing the order via phone or chat. Please note that post 2 hours, we won't be able to accommodate changes on the placed order."
Nevertheless, we are happy to amend or even refund any item on your order beyond these 2 hours, as long as it has not moved into production. Regrettably, by the time we received your email your cover was already in production, which is why we were forced to decline your request. As you can see on the FedEx tracking page, it was shipped on 16 July. We understand that the delivery date on your order is 6 August, but regardless of the promised date we aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible.
We sincerely regret having to turn you down; however, each order is custom cut to the size ordered so there is little we can do once production commences.
Upon your request we did offer to redo the cover with a 30% discount on the price. As an additional gesture, we will also waive off the shipping charges. Regrettably, this is the best we are able to offer in order to resolve this unfortunate situation.
