After filling in the on line order and supplying all the dimension requested we then started an string of emails regarding my order. My order was changed from what I originally requested and I was asked for an additional payment. Finally I had to find a phone number (which was not easy) and ask for a cover to my original request. What turned up was not as ordered.

I spoke to a representative to clarify the overall length dimension that I had given. I specifically asked for the overall length to ensure that there was clearance between the bottom of the cover and the ground. I was assured that my request was understood and would be added to the design brief. The cover has arrived and when fitted sits heavily on the ground. Thoroughly unimpressed.

I had previously seen a mix of reviews and so went ahead with some trepidation. The cover I needed was a custom shape and the design process was very thorough with sketches, drawings and photographs being passed back and forth. I chose the heavier Cover Tuff fabric as we're in a very windy and exposed location on the coast.
The cover arrived a couple of days ago, roughly 10 days delivery to the UK, and I'm really very impressed, the fabric is reassuringly heavy and the cover has a real quality feel to it, it's a good fit, the elastic corners seem tight and strong and having just gone through a couple of quite stormy nights all seems good and the cover has stayed in position. So overall I'm really pleased so far, the fabric seems quite robust so I'm hoping that it wears well.
