The cover supplied is excellent quality, exactly as requested. Delivery was a bit disappointing, several days later than stated at order, not a problem for me, but would have been annoying if I was relying on it arriving by a certain date. "Delayed" appeared on the tracker during its convoluted journey (from India) so it was no doubt outside the control of Covers & All.

I was also instructed by your helper on the phone, to open an account online and try again, yet I could not find access to do this on your website. The only reason I have persisted with this purchase, eventually, through Paypal, is because I like the look of the customised products that you offer. I only hope I will not be disappointed.
After id submitted my order, the help i received to customize it was brilliant, the designer made a point of looking at my images and suggesting changes. Product when it came was perfect. Only small gripe is that i didnt quite get that level of help from pre sale support which means i almost didn't order.
