Ordering was easy but fell down when I was asked to pay more as the size dictated an extra payment. No issues with paying but as I had no order in my account the payment couldn't be made thus delaying the order./ I was asked to just pay to a mercantile PayPal account which didn't really sit well but had no choice
I spotted that the website had defaulted to the wrong colour after I'd submitted my order. I emailed the company and they were able to correct this before manufacturing. Cover is a great fit and was delivered remarkably quickly considering it was made to order. Thanks
I was very pleased with the quality of the cushion covers and the material. I unfortunately, didn't realise that there was no foam in the covers, that they were covers for cushions, not cushions, so I now need to order the foam to go inside. I wish there had been an option to buy the foam filling at the time I bought the covers, so I might have realised. Once I have, I am sure they will look great.
