Everything was ok but if during order process could have been given heads up that I would need to approve a proof before production - or the fact I didn't do it for weeks - I would have hoped someone might call me to follow up. I didn't get any of the emails. They all went to junk. So didn't know I had to approve a proof. When I did approve it it still didn't go through and I had to call to get it sorted. The communication wasn't great but the product I'm very happy with.
I was pleasantly surprised by the very quick turn round from order to delivery. Ordering was straight forward and the quality of material looks and feels great.
From the initial order to the follow up check on sizes the whole experience was very professional and personal at the same time. So much so that I've now ordered extra side blinds to my own requirements.
