The rectangle cushion covers were done to specifications and looked nice. I would say that all of the covers were slightly too big for the cushions and didn't give them a snug look, however, I understand that this is probably best to ensure that they fit at all by giving some extra wiggle room. Unfortunately, the covers for my lounge chaises did not have the ties in the correct position requested so the company did make it right by fixing their mistake. When I received the replacement set, however, the ties while in the correct location were off by a good inch or so from the measurement I provided. Nonetheless, the covers were of good quality and at an affordable price.

Good idea, but the newest Smokey Joes have an extra hoop at the back to give lid support/whatever, and your current cover does not slip over this as easily as it perhaps should. It may be may dexterity, but you should look into this?

It was a reasonably easy process, but stress full on the double checking due to made to measure. The team came back to me as I had measured something to the inside arm rather than outside arm, it was easy to double check and get it right.

Covers that I ordered are a perfect fit and very good quality too.

Our garden furniture is sturdy but the cushions looked tatty. They were unusual sizes compared to what we find in the shops.
We found this site through Google. We were dubious as they weren't too expensive but decided to go for it anyway as cushions were unusable as they were.
